	I was so disgusted with Sprint service (all over the country), I fired them, and went with Cingular. I have been very pleased (although since I have no reason to contact Customer Service, I can't comment on that aspect, thankfully) with the new AT&T's service. Have traveled from FL to CA, WA, BC, WV, NC, NY, and many places in between, and rarely been without a decent signal. Granted, in the mountains, and very remote areas, I may not have service, but that's rare, and I soon find myself in an area that does have service. Other than the Coach Rd / Kale area (I've never been there, I guess), I have experienced no problems in the other areas mentioned by the other reportting AT&T users.

	Phone will not ring even with FULL BARS. T-Mobile said my phone was fine until now. My warrenty expired 6 weeks ago and now they want a new contract in order to replace the defective phone.

	coverage is in and out, usually out anymore. I can walk half a block and get perfect (5 Bar) reception.
