AT&T 2 Out of 5 Phone Model: Apple iPhone 3GS	Extremely variable voice coverage. Will usually get calls, but if I want to hold a conversation of any length I use Skype and wifi instead of ATT. No problem with texts. Since switching to the Iphone (3gs), I have noticed significantly more dropped calls in general than when I had a vanilla smart phone.

AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola V400	Even with a cell booster, reception is poor to none indoors. We call a tree in the yard "The phone booth" because it is the only place we can send or recieve. Every time I complain they remind me we agreed to a yr contract. Grrrrrrrrrr.

AT&T 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: LG F9100	Variable indoors, depending on location, but it's a concrete house so no surprise there. Outdoors, fair to good. Excellent on the o / s hwy up and down from Homestead to KW. Surprisingly good service on Card Sound Road, too.

Sprint 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Palm Treo 600 (CDMA)	The reception in our home in Venetian Shores is erratic and uniformly poor. Driving just a mile from the house can bring the reception quality up to acceptable levels. We like Sprint's services (particularly when travelling); but are stymied in our service at home. We have contractor friends who carry 2-4 cell phones with different numbers so that they can communicate from wherever they may be in the Keys using the service of the provider that is best from where he may be.
