Been trying to pay my bill online. Can't log in. Have to drive to a store to pay the bill. Been six months and they still haven't fixed the problem. I will not pay by phone. Never pay bills by phone. Voice mail is sometimes a day late.

Can’t connect to any devices besides the tv and phones. Laptop does not connect neither does my PlayStation.

Living in the area for 2 years and the reception sucks; missed calls and text message; only get 1 to 11 / 2 bars most of the time; calls don't come through will go straight to voice mail

Service was great for the last 15+ years. Now it is completely unreliable. New teenage daughter and she can't even text / call us if needed. Too many people moving to area and carriers aren't keeping up with demand.

Cannot complain about anything with Verizon other than high cost; they are more expensive than the other carriers.

Cannot pick up any service out here. I see towers all over, but I cannot even pick up one bar. No cell service, no mobile data, if you have Metro you will have no service on CR 305 / CR 2006

Best I can get is 2 bars. Mostly 1 bar. Why hasn’t AT&T expanded coverage in west Jacksonville?

call keep dropping people cant hear me or it will say 3G or emergency call only,imagine you kids try to get in touch with you and your phone cant receive no call, terrible phone service.

Went to ask about upgrades for my phone on our Sprint line that we've had for several years. Was talked into an upgrade that they did not disclose was for a phone I'd never pay off and asked to not proceed. They explained that because we paid off our phones we weren't eligible for any upgrades. I asked for a refund and to keep my current phone and when I left the store was told that they'd process the refund. I then discover that they cancelled my line altogether. I had to go back back twice in order to get my line restored with no one being able to explain how this happened. Now I've discovered that of the $180.89 charged to my account, they only refunded $159.49 and told me they cannot explain how they skimmed $21.50 off the refund. They seem like friendly enough guys but this is quickly becoming one of the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Go to a different store or better yet, a different provider. I know I'm seriously considering cancelling altogether due to having to wait until Friday to go on trip #4 to this store because they skimmed $21.50 off the refund for an interaction where I never wanted to be high pressured into "buying" a phone with no applicable deals available. Just an awful experience.
