1 bar in house and 1 bar outside house. Dr.down street to St. Augustine rd and get 3 bars. Coverages is so spotty and they show 2 towers in our area. They must be putting out a weak signal... .Was this review helpful to you?
I can look out my office window and see three cell towers. Yet my phone very seldom has more than one bar and it always says LTE instead of 3G or something else. Away from the window, forget it. And internet connection is virtually non-existent.Was this review helpful to you?
Used to have no bars for I-95 from Pecan Park Rd. to 8th st. exit for last 2 years. Now it is happening in multiple areas all around Jacksonville,Fl.Was this review helpful to you?
No coverage 1-2 bars. Test frequently fail because it cannot complete the download or upload. 😔Was this review helpful to you?
I can only use my cell if I am near my wi-fi. This is disappointing after paying so much more for Verizon and getting new phones 5 minths ago. Their Tech said I can turn in my phone and get out of the contract due to poor coverage. I would rather have better coverage. Was this review helpful to you?

Been with Verizon for YEARS! No problems ever. Until about 8 months or so ago we cant talk on the phone in our home, we have to go outside. If we are outside and then go indoors our call drops. I have been in my home holding my phone and it will not ring but I will get the "missed call" message. What has Verizon done????Was this review helpful to you?
Super slow connections. Always in 2G. When it is rarely in 4G, it's never LTE and it only has one bar.Was this review helpful to you?

We moved here in July, and definitely have way worse signal here than we did at home. I'm lucky to say that we have great reception for calls in our apartment, and honestly I don't really recall that many dropped calls. But I don't call much! I text. I have problems sending texts sometimes from various locations, especially picture messages. Data is sketchy and I am in 3G (crap) way more than I'd like. I constantly find myself asking why I pay Sprint for this. I'd love to switch, but reading the reviews here, it seems like all the carriers have trouble with Jacksonville...Was this review helpful to you?
