Beginning 9 / 15 / 13 calls are randomly dropping. Cannot access internet at all. Cannot call out. Text messages will not go through. Very strange compared to our regular service. Does anybody know if a tower is out in this area?

Have never really had problems with AT&T. Used to live In Nassau county and while everyone else had no reception - I did. Switched from T-Mobile to AT&T. I can't complain. Customer service is great too. I went over seas one year and had to make a few calls using my phone. I was roaming obviously. When I get back to the states, my bill was over $1k. AT&T reduced it to $300. They changed my plan to help me out. As far as Verizon vs AT&T. I don't Knw which would be best. I'm pleased with my service.

Terrible reception by river at the end of University N. phone is always randomly going into "Roaming" for no good reason. Unreliable. Have had every carrier except Verizon. AT&T wasn't bad but back then paying $100 + for cell phone was expensive. Had the first gen iPhone with them and left bc bill was too high. Now, I'm with Sprint (iPhone 4s) last couple years. They suck. You get what you pay for. Yes, you save money every month but you end up paying in dropped calls and other BS. Will try Verizon this time around with iPhone 5s. Fingers crossed !

Like the previous poster, I've had service with T-Mobile forever (since 2001) and always been a HUGE fan. My service at home (where I work) was good (4G) until the past month. Service else where has also become ify. Now I have dropped calls, no network available msgs, 2G at best and only a few bars max of coverage. T-Mobile has switched my phone twice and had me jump through every hoop in the book... .still not resolved. I wondered why they offered (without me asking) to lower my bill 6 wks ago... has to be an effort to keep people from jumping ship for poor service. No idea what is going on, but I visited Verizon today and plan to make a switch. If I can't get connectivity with Tmobile... it doesn't matter how much they drop the rate plan!

I have been with T-Mobile since the before they got named T-Mobile... .WAS good, now absolutely NO bars anywhere in my appartment... regardless the reason... seems it started about when that new company took over... .T-Mobile trys to explain it way by redoing the towers for the bigger services comming... do NOT beleive them,,I was also driving on San Jose Blvd.Jax FL... phone appeared locked, and messages did NOT come through until I was at another location completely away from where I was... .don't go with them,, I am changing... .

No phone service for 5 days now. Keep hearing that the techs are working hard to repair and they will have it fixed by 6 pm the next day. This is just a load of crap they are handing us; right now I don't even feel they are even working on this problem.

I read the reviews and checked the coverage map. Figured the previous review was old and perhaps the customer was disgruntled. I have Sprint with an iPhone 5 after having an iPhone 3GS with AT&T. My phone only gets 3 voice bars. So far, I haven't seem it higher. The LTE and 3G is horrendous when it works. Usually I get a message that my phone can't connect to the Internet. I'm not sure I can tolerate this for 2 years. Sigh. Buyers remorse and beware.

Sprint by far is the worst service ever I would not recommend nobody to them. The have a lot of hidden charges poor reception the phone is super slow I have an iPhone and my reception is by far the worst this this service is bad business
