Just upgraded from iPhone 4 to LG G2. I was really excited about having 4G capabilities with my new phone and Sprint Spark looks really promising. However, most of the time I only have 1 bar of LTE or 2-3 bars of 3G. One would think that such a large metropolitan area would have better coverage. And Sprint has said "We're upgrading towers" for years. I've yet to see any improvement...Was this review helpful to you?
No reception in my house. Have to walk away from the building. I have a 4g but it rarely receives or sends at the 4g level anywhere in the city. Was this review helpful to you?
I have the IPhone 6 with sprint.cannot use at all in my home and goes in and out when I am on a call, trying to find a better carrier, just moved here but I find Sprint does not care at allWas this review helpful to you?
1 to 2 bars and drops to 3G constantly. Been a Verizon Wireless customer for a while now but don't understand why they wouldn't support such a big neighborhood better. Signal drop off sometimes on Racetrack Road. Was this review helpful to you?
I bought the in home booster for $200 and I still drop calls. Regular calls to customer service have not helped. Horrible service. They tell me no one wants to allow towers in this area but the church on Race Track across from Walgreens built one and Verizon didn't bother to use it, they don't care. On one frustrating call I told them my wife has AT&T and never drops calls and I was going to switch to them, they could not have cared less. Come on January when I will say GOODBYE to Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?

I have been with Sprint for years. I have never seen signal over 2 bars. I get 0 service in Orange Park / Middleburg. If I am in a building I can not even get calls. After reboots the phone suddenly finds voice mails some times as many as 40 of them. often they are several days old when I get them. I have spoken with Sprint, I have done new phones, had them out to my apartment complex, put pieces of equipment on my home network (that I had to pay for), gone to the Sprint store, every thing Sprint has suggested that I do. I really think they were just trying to get as much money as they could out of me before I fired them. Speaking of money the only time the phone(s) worked with out issue was when I was paying them. And the adds. Tons and tons of adds. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with ATT 14 years. Has good coverage across Jacksonville - never experienced dropped calls except for in my own home (2 bars). And only infrequently. Only place it has no bars is in Publix on Kernan - naturally where I shop the most :( But ATT is great everywhere else even in elevators and basement at work. Was this review helpful to you?
I have been with T-Mobile for 4 years. No problems in this area or many more I have been in. Excellent service. Two exceptions would be near UPS off of Pritchard rd. I have 2 bars. Also, on 95 south for about 5 miles in an area I have 0 reception, will not even send a text. So I am a happy camper, no complaints. Was this review helpful to you?
