Nextel
I have very poor reception or no reception at all on my i710 and my boyfriends i730 Motorola phone serviced by Nextel while we are at his house on Gumwood dr in the Arlington Area located in Jacksonville Fl. Can there be a solution to this problem

Verizon
I love Verizon! They have the best service (customer and network)... period end of sentence. You get what you pay for. I use my phone in my house all the time and never drop call or signal. They are the best.

T-Mobile
The phone goes from two bars to no bars, with continued drop calls. T-Mobile doesn't know when there will be a tower added in the area. It is a pain in the butt. I am going to see if those internal antenans do any good, if not I am going to switch to Cingular.

Sprint
There is absolutely NO reception in this area from Sprint. I spoke with them and they said new tower at end of 2005.

T-Mobile
I use both "sim cards" Cingular and T-Mobile and both seem the same around the Jax area, if one has loe RF, the other one does also. They must be using the same tower's :-)

AT&T Wireless (TDMA)
Live near a state forest - however, drive 1.2 miles out of the subdivision and the reception is good.

You are fine outside. Inside residences in San Marco or Granada areas, the signal can become marginal to unusable.

Sprint
Outside you are okay. In a car, it gets spotty. Ditto for inside a building. Signal varies widely in a short distance.

Verizon
Drop calls all the time inside. If I want to make a phone call on my cell phone seeing as my 2 teenage daughters are always on my phone when they are home and they are not going to spend money for thier cell phone , I have to go out side on the patio and then I get 2 bars. In other areas of jax, it is a little bit better even more rural areas but i mean your right smack in the middle of southside!
