	Have to stand outside or on the highway to get reception, phone dies searching for signal in the house and have to recharge it all the time.

	I had a family emergency that led me to Baptist Hospital in Jay, FL. While there, my sister and I had Verizon (nee Alltel) serviced phones from Alabama, and we could not receive or make phone calls for anything. The call would drop as soon as you tried to answer or press send. We had to borrow a relative's phone with another carrier. The nearest Alltel / Verizon tower is in Brewton, AL and seemingly too far for the folks in the 'boonies' along the Alabama / Florida border, near Flomaton. I always thought Verizon had the best rural coverage, now I'm not so sure.

	Alltel seems to have the best coverage of the carriers in Allentown. But you still get a dropped call now and then.
