Only what I'm at this intersection, my coverage disappears. Literally 10 feet away I have 4 bars and PERFECT reception. It's very weird.

Perfect service all the time every day

Cingular salespeople admitted that Cingular is cutting off service to my old phone since they want to forc you to switch over to the new GSM phones. I only have 1-2 bars usually, sometimes 3 until I try to hit send to make a call, at which time the bars drop to 1 or none and the call fails. Why doesn't Cingular send me a notice and offer to upgrade instead of taking my money each month and leaving it up to me to figure it out? Obviously they do not care about the customer since they are so big. From the comments, it looks like Verizon is best in my area.

This phone pretty much sucks, it has no reception inside of my home, my friends' homes, in order to get reception I must perch myself on the tip of my bathtub, and then hold the phone two inches from my ear. I am in a very difficult position for this service, and I may cancel the contract.

I Love my metro PCS phone. Great signal and great price. I found a great metro PCS store on us1 in Tequesta (Tequesta Shoppes). they are so great and even gave me free phone accessories with my purchase. If your interested in metro PCS this is the place to go.

Excellent reception in this area. The only problem I have is inside of cement buildings; which is to be expected. Indoor reception sucks for all of my phones (Cingular, Nextel) but that is due to cement construction of buildings in South Florida.

Pretty reasonable reception.

Sprint was horrible in Tequesta Area when we left Nextel 2 years ago. It took 2 years to finally get Sprint off my back-sending us an $800 bill even though we cancelled with 10 days and switched back to Nextel. Nextel generally has good reception but looking for a better rate plan.

at western edge of the farms, we had to get a Sprint node in our house.. still hard to get calls on this phone. My daughter has a Samsung galaxy, and she has great reception.. really shows you the phone can make of break the service!

Sprint service drops as soon as I turn south from Indiantown Rd.onto Jupiter Farms Road.

No reception indoors, most times must sit inside vehicle ( in parking lot) to make a call!

No bars at house in or out - one bar in SW corner of lot. Near Fire House 3 - 4 bars. Some areas of Jupiter Farms - No bars.

Coverage much better than Verizon as is customer service. After the hurricane service was crap at my house for about 4 months, but now is excellent. I'm happy.

Wonderful phone works extremely well in the farms we also have our own store out here. Excellent and honest (unlike Verizon company stores) go to Jupiter Cellular and ask for Craig tell him Jay sent ya.

Coverage is generally good. Within the last year or so Verizon must have added towers, as my phone now works better inside than it used to. I've had very few dropped calls due to reception. [The Razr, on the other hand, has all sorts of problems that cause calls to drop, but coverage isn't one of them.]

One to no bars inside. Outside 2 to 3 bars. Awesome phone though.

Outside reception is great, indoors 2 bars is about right. Gardens Mall Verizon store has great people! Will take good care of you.
