horrible reception. indoors maybe 1 or 2 bars and a lot of static. Outdoors a little better, but not great. Driving around Maitland reception comes and goes. It is also horrible at my office which is near the Conway area.

up until 2-3 months ago pretty good reception inside. Then we started getting dropped calls and my wife now has to drive out durning the day to make calls. AT&T at first said the towers were bad, noted it and said they'd have someone work onthem. Never got better and finally our escallation and call backs to them got us to "Miss Take-a-Hike" who said there was no guarantee of reception inside. AT&T went from Hero to zero in 3 months flat. Our contract is up now and we're looking at other vendors. We won't go back to them.

Up until about 3-4 months ago our reception was great in the home. Sometimes you'd have to move around to get some bars but it would work (inside) without any inconvenience. Then, all of a sudden we get dropped calls, no reception. My wife now has to schedule calls when she's out or drive down by the pool (Condo Assn where we live) to make calls. Several calls to AT&T, at first "Yes, reception is bad there the towers are being worked on and it should get better in a few days." while I was talking to them one time it even dropped the call then. So, still not better and eventually as we escalated our calls we got to "Miss Take-A-Hike" who basically said they don't guarrantee reception inside. So, our contract is over two years and we're off to a new vendor. AT&T from hero to zero in 3 months flat.

Best possible service for my use. Way happy with this carrier!

Almost NO coverage in the Maitland center building areas. I do think the Palm Pre has a weaker signal than others so that could make it worse. I miss calls and don't get a notice that someone tried to call me... When talking to others on the phone they often can't understand me... Very Sad :(

Service here terrible to non-existent. These cellular services should not charge an activation fee until it is determined that you will actually receive service.

Inside 0 bars,outside 2. In this location most all calls get dropped or reception so garbled you cannot understand what is said-voice mail the same. Reception only when I am away from this location (ordinarily closer to Winter Park). Three phones on this plan (family) and calls to me must come in on land line which is ridiculously expensive. People should not have to pay for no service. Will not renew with T-Mobile -will probably be cheaper to cancel.

Usually I get reception where no one else can. But in my home it's terrible. This location is awful unless I stand outside, in which case it's a tiny bit better.

Some of the time it is 1, but fades in and out of roaming. Usually it drops out completely and if I am on talking to someone I have to rush to the outside of the building. The funny thing is there is a Sprint tower south about 1 / 4 mile just on the other side of State Hwy. 414. To add most of our clients and support people are also on Sprint. There is alot of movement here when a Sprint cell phone has to be used. I have gone through the rounds by upgrading the software by taking it to Sprint and talking to the tech people. Still no relief.

I've been with Nextel 6 years now and the service has NEVER BEEN WORSE. It keeps getting worse. I literally drop over half my calls and can't make 1 out of 3 calls on the first attempt. The system seems saturated. It is so bad Nextel is letting me out of my contract! My son has a T-Mobile phone and it is not perfect, but easlily 90% better than Nextel. His works EVERYWHERE my will not.

AT&T service for the most part is lousy in Winter Park and Maitland areas. There is usually one bar and phone calls are frequently dropped.
