Call quality is terrible. Cannot hear other person and cuts in and out. Was told by Sprint that they do not have enough towers in Miami and it only gets worse with time. Go with ATT or Verizon if you live in Miami.

Bad experience. It’s incredible. I can’t receive or make calls. AT&T is my company. I want to change ASAP

Verizon

I've had Verizon for years but service has continuously gotten worse, even with 4G. Most calls are dropped and lately I can't even call out or receive calls, the only communication is through wi-fi. Horrible service!

T-Mobile

2 Out of 5 (2 stars) | 3843 CALLIOPE AVENUE, Miami, FL 33129 |

I am giving mobile 2 stars to reflect at best the signal level in port orange area. They need to improve the signal quality throughout the city. Also never fails that a call is dropped when about half way through conversation. I preempt every call with warning " this call may be dropped"

One Bar on all phones. ATT tower is 2 miles away. Had to install a cell phone booster with outdoor Yagi directional antenna or use WiFi. There is a T-Mobile antenna 100 feet away. I have considered switching.

AT&T

5 Out of 5 (5 stars) | Brickell City Center, Miami, FL 33131 |

For Brickell AT&T is the only choice. I tried TMobile and Sprint (via Google Fi) twice and they just won't work here. I much prefer TMobile but once you are indoors it doesn't work. AT&T however does work here so I'm stuck with them.

AT&T

1 Out of 5 (1 star) | SW 142 Ave.A Nd 18th St. | SW 142nd Ave., Miami, FL 33175 |

Very weak signal inside home. Slight improvement outside, however never over 1 bar. Signal fluctuates between 100 and 115 dB. Most call must be made, and receive via wifi
