I've had Sprint for 3 years in Los Angeles, CA and Orange County, CA and never faced any issues (NO dropped calls, Fastest data speeds... BEST overall)... . I moved to Miami, FL a week ago for work. Office is in Doral Area. Aournd the area may get 1 possibly 2 bars... . near the office building the signal practically disappears and phone is dead from 8 to 5 so as to speak. Trying to find a place to live nearby but if Sprint has this kind of coverage then might have to switch carriers. Because I cannot live with this kind of coverage for long. Is there a official complaint channel or forum where we can lodge a complaint with Sprint on this issue?

There is something wrong with Sprint service in the Miami Downtown area. I have 4 bars then 2 minutes later 0 bars and calls dropped, it cycles regularly like watching the ocean, making it impossible to use the phone for anything but text messages and email. Customer service is good, I like sprint, the phone is great, and it works well in all other in places, but there is something wrong with the downtown service and it is getting worse. Don't buy Sprint if you live in down town Miami and like to talk on the phone for more than 30 seconds.

HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE customer service experience with SPRINT today. Boy did I make a big mistake going with these "people"- No service where I'm at 90% of the time but when told there is an outage in the area for months then too bad when it's over the trial period and $700 to cancel the contract- Not going to tolerate the remainder of the contract. Hands down worst service and company I have ever experienced. Not Cheap either $$$- I'm loosing too much money not to get out.

Sprint SUCKS. As soon as I step inside my house, all bets are off. Usually calls go straight to voicemail. Sometimes the phone rings, but I know if I pick up, the caller will not hear me and the call WILL DROP. I had to get a LANDLINE in my house in order to make calls from inside. Just pathetic.

The connection in Downtown Miami for Sprint is horrible. I am not kidding, it is bad and this is not only happening inside the tall building where I work, outside in the street is average as well. Sprint claims their 4g is one the fastest network in the country, but that doesn't appear to be the case here in Miami. AT&T and Verizon works good. However, T-Mobile blows any carrier here in Miami in terms of speed. Data speeds are fast, (In one test it went up to 15 MB's download - Nexus One) and you can get coverage almost everywhere. The phone for Sprint is the EVO. Great phone! It's an awesome some that can compete with any other device out there. HTC is good also when it comes down to upgrade their phones. By the way, the customer service for Sprint is great. (Along with Verizon, they are the best) However, they can resolve my issue of way the network is slow around Downtown Miami. One other thing about Sprint, is the price, $99.99 Simply everything Plan. Not bad considering the unlimited use in a corporate world.

The reception with Sprint where I live is terrific. Inside the house I get 3 / 5 or 4 / 5 bars, but the moment I step outside, I get full bars. The 3G speeds are incredible! I love Sprint.

I've never had a problem with sprint, I used to have Nextel and switched to Sprint because of 3G internet. Loving my palm pre, best phone ever. Only drop calls in my gf's house in the 1st floor, 2nd floor better signal. But everywhere else is perfect. Internet is blazing fast and customer service is awesome, never had a problem

I get perfect reception with my Sprint phone in Miami. My calls are rarely dropped - maybe 3 calls a year fail. I've had my Sprint phone and service for over 5 years in Miami. My husband has had his Sprint service for much longer and receives great service and reception as well.

My husband and I have the same phones and have duplicate problems with service. Phone reception is very good for recieving calls but bad when trying to listen to your caller converse, no matter if your inside or outside of home or on the road. More times than care to say the caller sounds like they have an echo to their voice and both of us end up asking them to repeat what they have said 1-2 x which can be very disconcerting for business purposes. Our son lives down the street and has absolutely no problem with his T-Mobile. Looking to switch carriers.

I can't use my phone in my apartment on the 24th floor. I have to walk outside onto the balcony and move the phone around in hopes of getting one bar. The same went for my office in downtown Miami on the 22nd floor. It is horrible. Sprint and Miami don't seem to mesh well. I used the same phone in Tampa and didn't have any complaints.

Signal is great in Miami, Doral, Orlando and Ocala however the worst service ever. Drop calls left and right. I am always on the phone. I had about 10 dropped calls a day in Orlando. In Miami and Doral I had about 3-5 dropped calls daily. Driving on the turnpike - dropped calls constantly. MetroPCS sucks, Sprint sucks, TMobile is good for the money however too congested. Prefer Cingular or Verizon.

Family with multiple carriers. This area (West Kendall) is notorious for being a reception black hole. 2 phones on Sprint with 1-3 bars that can be used in parts of the house within 10ft of the windows. 1 company phone on Nextel which works only at the windows. 3 phones on Verizon that are totally useless inside the house, must go outside to make calls and must run outside to answer the phones or the call drops upon answering. These three phones are different models, so clearly, "it's the network" as their advertising states. 1 phone on MetroPCS that works flawless. This is ridiculous when all the other major carriers are technically useless. Used to have Cingular TDMA and also worked flawless. No idea how Cingular or T-Mobile GSM work around here, but my guess is reception probably sucks too.

i got a new phone because Sprint said it would solve the dropped call problem I was having... i usually have plenty of bars, but the calls drop ALL THE TIME! it's so annoying. in a given night I will have to redial a number 4+ times to complete what would have been a 20 min conversation. it's gotten bad since the Nextel merger but Sprint totally denies any problems.

I am suprised to see how badly ppl rated Sprint. I live in Country Walk and have used friends' Cingular phones (Moto v600 and others) and had dropped calls. I have yet to lose a call with Sprint. I work less than 3 miles down 137 ave and even in the elevator, do not lose signal strength. I do not like the features that Sprint phones offer, but the service is great. Have not had to deal with customer service yet, but I heard they are a real pain. Overall, no complaints.

Reception using Sprint PCS is pathetic. I have to go outside my house to get a signal, and that's if I go to the lake in my backyard. I get no signal inside my house. A few years ago, Sprint PCS was in negotiations to erect an antenna above Publix at the Meadows (SW 152nd Ave. and Bird Rd.), but never materialized. Even though I have Sprint PCS, visitors to my house subscribed to T-Mobile and Nextel can make and receive calls without any problems.

New service with Sprint. ATT was generally poor in this area (but a 'bit' better). Throughout most of Florida, ATT was ...OK. Haven't travelled with the present phone/service).
Taking it back to Sprint in the AM too see if it a problem with the phone.
