I'm trying to figure out if the poor reception is due to the flip phones. I have no signal inside my house. Sometime when I am talking outside my house, standing still, the reception comes and goes. I'm trying to figure out if it's the flip models. My brother-in-law had Metro PCS with great reception in my house. As soon as he switched to a flip phone, his reception went. My mom has the old Nokia (not flip) and with Cingular has reception inside my house. I think Cingular got worse when it bought out AT&T.
I don't know how much money I have spend on cell phones. Any have good reception, but if you want finish the contrat, you have to pay $175.00, $200.00, even if you don't have signal. It is a "round" bussines. Do not you think so? Really, it is not fear.
Spotty reception at home. Move one foot to the left full service, one step forward none. Hold the phone upside down full service. Everywhere else in this area is fine.
Reception is generally excellent, although indoors there is some noticeable decrease in clarity. No real problem though. My reception has been no worse than "good" all over Dade County (including inside glades NP)
Horrible Cingular reception. I think cuz theres a cellphone tower near by, most liekly not cingular. I can hear perfect, but people hear me horribly. Keeps fading in and out. Minute I leave area, its perfect.
