The Samsung is working slightly better than my horrid old Sony Ericsson T68i did, but I still have no reception in my home, unless I'm near a window. ATT also seems to have a problem with dropped calls and voicemail messages that occasionally appear after a long delay.
Generally speaking, service with VZW has been good except inside of my apartment complex. That said, I will state that I have had good service with them (Verizon) in their various forms (i.e. PrimeCo) since 1996. Additionally, their national coverage cannot be beat in the areas to which I frequently travel (DC, Chicago, Detroit, Lansing, Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids, MI, Dallas and Houston). Customer service is also good. After having been with Cellular One/AT&T and Bellsouth Mobility/Cingular, I would not change from Verizon for anything in the world.
SPRINT PCS SUCKS!!!! i get dropped calls and sometimes i have to turn off my phone and turn it back on to be able to get a call out. i get voicemail 1-3 days later. i get voicemall even though the phone didnt even ring!!!! i will switch once i do some research to find a better cell phone company
I've experieced with Sprint PCS many dead spots around my neighborhood and inside malls & buildings in the City of Miami.
I'm planning a provider change upon number portability comes along. Thinking of trying Verizon or T-Mobile.
