Horrible reception at Mystic Pointe. I'm in Tower 200. Barely any signal inside my apartment or anywhere in the building. Tmo and ATT have full signal though.

Barely any reception. Phone toggles from 1 bar to none and spends most of its time searching for signal. No reception while indoors. Have to walk outside to make any type of call. Everyone that comes over has the same problem with various AT&T phones.

I really hate ATT, they have the worse customer service ever. I have a 3GS that barely works at home, Douglas Ave with SW 16st, I avoid making calls from home just to have them disconnected. It os normal top have dropped calls on ATT.

I always have poor reception in my condo. Calls get dropped all the time. Phone goes from search mode to minimal bars. I've complained to AT&T several times and they always say that they'll look into it but the service never improves. Stay away from AT&T if at all possible. I'm switching as soon as my contract is up.

The connection in Downtown Miami for Sprint is horrible. I am not kidding, it is bad and this is not only happening inside the tall building where I work, outside in the street is average as well. Sprint claims their 4g is one the fastest network in the country, but that doesn't appear to be the case here in Miami. AT&T and Verizon works good. However, T-Mobile blows any carrier here in Miami in terms of speed. Data speeds are fast, (In one test it went up to 15 MB's download - Nexus One) and you can get coverage almost everywhere. The phone for Sprint is the EVO. Great phone! It's an awesome some that can compete with any other device out there. HTC is good also when it comes down to upgrade their phones. By the way, the customer service for Sprint is great. (Along with Verizon, they are the best) However, they can resolve my issue of way the network is slow around Downtown Miami. One other thing about Sprint, is the price, $99.99 Simply everything Plan. Not bad considering the unlimited use in a corporate world.

Apartment is at a higher level of Plaza. I get no reception in most parts of the condo, not even on the balcony. There is one spot in the whole condo where I get reception, but I cannot move the phone from that spot, or the call drops. When I actually get reception, it will drop within a matter of seconds. When connection drops, the phone will spend next 5 minutes "searching" for the network. It usually doesn't find it! If I turn off the phone, and turn it back on, then I will show 2-4 bars. But the minute I make a call, it either fails to connect, or connects then drops. Text messaging is not any better. I have had to go down to the ground floor and go outside to make calls. I've been without a home phone for years now, but am seriously considering getting one. Apparently, the mobile phone companies (at least T-Mobile) have not built out their infrastructure in Brickell area to keep up with all the new development.

When outside, I usually get 4-5 bars 3G / HSPA+, but when I go inside, it will drop to 2-4. Overall, I'm satisfied with the coverage, signal, and customer service. Very seldomly do I get dropped calls, but I guess if I were driving and covering large distances in a short period of time, the signal can vary but thats expected with any carrier. My only gripe with T-Mobile is their contract / no-contract policy for handset upgrades. I've been a loyal customer for 7+ years (2-yr contract expired 5 years ago) and I can't get any of the handset promos, but rather I have to pay full price! Or leave to another carrier... Doesn't make any sense!

Switched from AT&T to Verizon due to their claims of better coverage. Bad mistake. AT&T always had full bars, Verizon jumps between four and two, (mostly two) in my house. Tech says it may be the radio on the Tour, but I'm getting my 3rd Tour today and if I still have the problem, I'm switching unless VZ let's me try a different phone. Not cool Verizon.

Tmobile has a UMA backhaul which lets me get calls and data, if this UMA-WiFI Connection is off then its SOS all the way for me, as soon as I step off the office on NW 25th St.and 87th Avenuem all calls drop, same goes for the Palmetto and NW 58th St.NorthBound RAMP, and in Miramar, around Palm Ave. and 101th Miramar Parkway. Anyone has similar problems, I have switched phones 4 times, switched SIM cards, rebooted, called and complained about 18 times over a one year course and no improvements, with T-Mobile for over 13 years but I have had it !

EVERYTIME I'm on the phone with my friends in my house the call is droppede. It is so annoying that my friends want to buy me a new phone to a new carrier. MetroPCS is only good when I'm near major places like the mall and the only reason I'm still with them is because I'm on a family plan with my parents and it's check but you definently get what you pay for, so don't expect anything spectacular.

The reception with Sprint where I live is terrific. Inside the house I get 3 / 5 or 4 / 5 bars, but the moment I step outside, I get full bars. The 3G speeds are incredible! I love Sprint.

I've never had a problem with sprint, I used to have Nextel and switched to Sprint because of 3G internet. Loving my palm pre, best phone ever. Only drop calls in my gf's house in the 1st floor, 2nd floor better signal. But everywhere else is perfect. Internet is blazing fast and customer service is awesome, never had a problem

I love metro pcs. I''ve been with the company since the year 2000. Everyone drops calls no matter the network. My brother has Cingular and has to constantly call me back because his phone drops the call. If your not getting a good signal it may be the phone, they're not all the same.
