Sometimes towards one end of my apt.it drops calls, but in general pretty darn good and great customer service too.

I have full bars! Occasionally I lose a bar, but 97% of the time I have full reception.

Switch from Verizon to AT&T and its a JOKE! I will be taking this phone back tomorrow. It shows 5 bars of 3G, but switches from 3G to E (EDGE I guess). I have had numerous dropped calls, Called Failed, and Network Busy. I will be taking my number back to Verizon. I know I can count on them.

Switch to Verizon from AT&T due to horrible 3G service. The difference is like night and day! Verizon has a very good and clear network!

Really terrible, always drops, reallt poor service in many areaas of Miami. Strongly discourage people to go with t-mobile, it only gets worse.

entire street is a dead spot; on second level bit better. strange always rings but drops calls quickly. not phone, blackberry aslo a problem, new Nokia and my wifes phone. All AT&T

Horrible service, I changed from T-Mobile to AT&T and I am counting down till my contract expires. Costant dropping of calls, even with 5 bars showing. Good luck making phone call between 5:15 - 5:45PM - all I get is NETWORK BUSY - no matter where I am in Miami, Westchester, Gables or Kendall. ;(

MetroPCS works pretty well in this area. Around 88th ST and 167 Av. But if you go toward 157 and 56th st it's dead spot

I have to go outside to answer and receive calls, or they are dropped. It is always telling me it is searching and only 911 calls are OK.

Best Service around. I've been with them since they were Primco. My wife has a Motorola Razar with Sprint and has to go outside the house to use her phone.

5 bars outside. Changing reception indoors in my apartment. T-Mobile says its my problem, and I should buy a cell phone amplifier. Never have a problem anywhere else.

I get perfect reception with my Sprint phone in Miami. My calls are rarely dropped - maybe 3 calls a year fail. I've had my Sprint phone and service for over 5 years in Miami. My husband has had his Sprint service for much longer and receives great service and reception as well.

Totally crap service - 4 out of 5 calls dropped. Signal goes from full to nothing for no reason at all. Sometime phone goes off the network for 5 minutes. It would be better to send smoke signals to be honest.

All bars perfect, same goes for Tmobile / Verizon / MetroPCS / Sprint idk whats with u guys but miami is covered by all carriers and covered pretty well

My husband and I have the same phones and have duplicate problems with service. Phone reception is very good for recieving calls but bad when trying to listen to your caller converse, no matter if your inside or outside of home or on the road. More times than care to say the caller sounds like they have an echo to their voice and both of us end up asking them to repeat what they have said 1-2 x which can be very disconcerting for business purposes. Our son lives down the street and has absolutely no problem with his T-Mobile. Looking to switch carriers.

Verizon beats all other carriers period. Their plans aren't as accomodating or as generous as others. It would be great if they had rollover minutes.

I have horrible service and I don't receive most of my phone calls. Half of the time I need to call my voicemail to receive my text messages

Constant dropped calls and failed attempts to dial, AT&T is horrible in south Miami. Save yourself some time and use another provider!

Works great even indoors, had razr previously and also worked well. I switched from T-Mobile 1 year ago due to signak issues.

Signal very weak! Oscillates between one and 2 bars max and frequently goes to no reception
