I have had AT&T, T-Mobile, and MetroPCS in the past, and while out of these AT&T offers good service, Verizon's overall package is better. Verizon doesn't drop any calls, has perfect 4G LTE coverage, and has the best customer service hands down. I know several people on Sprint that are eager to get on Verizon when their contract is up. Like I said, AT&T is good, but Verizon is better. Was this review helpful to you?
I have only two bars of signal on my phone inside the house at Doral, but I can still use my phone. In the Little Havana also I have three bars of signal.Never I had 5 bars of signal. I check almost all the reviews of various providers and saw that almost all have the same problem. Three critera for AT&T and other providers : 1 - Apparently the antennae are improperly installed or designed or poorly designed and any supervisor or telecommunications engineer checks the work by measuring the power of the signal in the most distant of coverage area. 2 - Maybe the modern phones are not manufactured with such sensitivity and signal gain as the oldest, perhaps the largest number of transmitting antennas. About 3 or 4 years ago when the AT&T signal fell and died for repairs at Doral and I always knowing that I have 2 bars of signal, I put the SIM card from my smartphone to my old phone NOKIA and what was my surprise?. I was 5 bars of signal on CDMA and I could use my old phone. 3 - They should spend more resources on improving the signal power because the customer pays more and receives very bad service daily. Was this review helpful to you?
I came to this forum because I tried to find other cell phone users in my area with Metro PCS reception issues. It seems to be a tower problem in my case. I usually get two or three bars inside my home, but I can make calls fine. Today is the third time this year where I have no service at all, not able to make calls! There is no online support either, so what does one do to report the problem? Was this review helpful to you?

In all honesty, I have had my iPhone 4s for almost two years and this 4g network has done me no wrong. I can't wait to upgrade to the iPhone 5s and finally experience 4g LTE (4x as fast). Usually, I'm getting 5-11 mbs on AT&T 4G network and my sister (iPhone 5) receives about 27-35 mbs. Never has my call been dropped and never have I experienced any No Service or low bars. Was this review helpful to you?

Seems like no carrier wants to spend money to fix reception in Miami dade. They just want our money then penalize us when they cannot live up to their claims of #1you coverage. They say to buy more equipment to boost reception. Why do I need to do that? Oh yea they want more of my money but they don't fix the problem. They don't consider Miami dade big enough to invest in more / better service? Oh yea they have my money / contract. Seems they all suck. Was this review helpful to you?
This is by far the worst service provider in the nation! Even METRO PCS has better service. They won't let anyone out of their contract even though we are still paying for service which is not being provided to us. Anyone who is trying to get out of their contract and Sprint is still charging them the fee for early termination, please email me. I'm trying to get enough people together to have this company audited. My calls are constantly being dropped, but according to their records(which I'm not allowed a copy of) not enough calls are being dropped to let me out of my contract! I'm certain I'm not the only one with this ongoing issue with Sprint. No service is perfect, especially if they claim the upgrades to their network is the reason for the poor service, but they should allow the client to make the decision to either stick it out or move on to a better carrier. Was this review helpful to you?
Since Friday (Sept 13) night I have not been able to make or receive calls. Calls go right to voicemail and I am not able to access voicemail. Texting is sporadic at best with every outgoing test msg saying "Message not sent" and "Network problem. Code: -3". Eventually they do get sent at some point. Has anyone heard any reports about the outage and when it is likely to be resolved? Was this review helpful to you?
