I use to be one of the sad Sprint customer for 5 years but after getting tired of the WORST CELLULAR SERVICE in south floridaI jumped to T-Mobile and that was my best desition ever. T-Mobile use to suck but new they have 4G lte almost everywhere, when I entered they only had 4g and I was super happy with the internet speed (around 8 to 10mbit / sec) but now I get around 15 to 22 mbit / sec with 4g lte. I am not saying to go to T-Mobile but as an advise keep away from Sprint if you wanna have internet in your phone, the 3g is ridiculous, not even good for text browsing, not to mention youtube or audio streming and the 4g is unexistent, and when you get it, it drops constantly, and even the 4g is slow with a max of 3 to 6mbit / sec... Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else like at&t, T-Mobile or even metro wich service is great now belive it or not... very good data speeds...

I had Sprint for 14 years. Then calls started dropping in my house. Thank God for a land line! I went to Verizon because it has good service in New Mexico. Sprint is very limited in the southwest and I planned to be there a lot. So I started Verizon. I had 1 or two bars but all calls dropped. They put out tickets and said I was in a "low signal area." I carried on a perfectly complete call in their store at 6400 US 1. They wanted me to pay $250 for a booster. Why sell someone a phone in an area where there is a low signal. I am paying $25 more a month than Sprint for worse service! And they want another $250? This is really unacceptable!

When my family first signed up for service, we were told that 4G was available. The service in this zip code is practically nonexistent. Unlimited data is offered, but internet is rarely available. My my had the HTC Evo 3D when we first signed up, (worse phone yo can have) and broke down on several occasions. To shut us up she was offered a lesser phone. (HTC Evo) This phone overheated on one occasion and the screen had top be replaced. The speaker has been replaced three times. When one calls Sprint and tell them about all these issues, (keep in mind we have 4 lines) were were simply offered a $5.00 credit. My wife was recently with out a phone for 6 days; no loaner was ever offered.

Every other cell phone company has faster service. When we signed up our company, we were promised 4G services. That never happened. We would like out of contract. Never again with Sprint. Terrible services!!

Kendall needs a better network! This area is packed with apartments and homes. Heavily populated! Come on Sprint!

I get no 4G at home in Pepper Cove. The 3G was supposed to get better, still the same. It works great in the morning very early then craps out for the rest of the day and night. I just got a Galaxy S4 and decided to give them another chance, may have been a big mistake. I had a Evo3d that ran on WIMAX, seems to be the same thing, bad network! I'm calling every day complaining.

There are towers around here, but they are either overloaded or not close enough together. T-Mobile is awful inside the home and most buildings period. They gave me an "antenna" and a repeater to put in the house it is so bad, and that helps little. Outside of the house it has to be at night and cloudy to get a decent signal. Always get disconnected at Coral Way and 107th Ave; near the airport, and at Golden Glades exchange. Generally I-95 is better than the Turnpike, but there are a couple of dead areas on I-95 as well. I think T-Mobile only like to put up towers around businesses, universities, and nice neighborhoods-"nice" is relative in Miami. We have the richest and the poorest.
