I just signed up for Sprint service and must say I have not had any problems in my area. I have had minor issues when I am in other areas but nothing major. I only get 3G data service because of the iphone model that I have but I'm not too bothered by it because I pretty much get wifi everywhere I go. After reading most reviews of all other service providers it looks like each one has their own issues depending on your location. Was this review helpful to you?
The reception keeps getting worse for voice and the data speed is negative (you grow older waiting for data). Today Sept 12, 2013 the service in the Miami area is totally down. Was this review helpful to you?

When I decided to open an account with Sprint I thought I was making a good decision but I guess I was totally wrong. After having Sprint for almost a year now I realize how bad the Sprint reception is and how unreliable data speed is. I have called them several times to complain about the issue and all they keep saying is that they are doing some repair on the area and the problem should be fix soon. Guess they were laying to me, almost a year and I still experiencing the same problem. What a rip off. Please think about it twice before opting for sprint. In top of all this they are far behind when it comes to eligibility to upgrade. Most major carriers already offer an early upgrade option but not sprint. Was this review helpful to you?
More often than not I have no data, atleast 33% of the time I can't even make a phone call or send a txt message! After dealing with this horrible service for 6 months, Sprint tried blaming it on the phone. I called another time, they said they knew that I was having dropped calls and poor service, but that they could not cancel my contract. I thought that they have to fulfill their promise of providing me service during my two years, guess I was wrong... Think I'm going to switch to T-Mobile in 10 days. Was this review helpful to you?
Although I know it is not ideal I know it's getting better because there are areas in Miami where I get the 4G LTE. Just moved here from Atlanta where the LTE is great. I understand they are updating and they can't do that instantly. So nothing else to do but wait. Was this review helpful to you?
The worst reception I have had in ages, there are days day my phone is roaming, there are other days that it shows 4g and is actually slower than 3g and some days is not even Working, I agree with the people that said Sprint is one of the worst companies now days, I wish I could change companies its just the early termination fee that has me tied to them. Was this review helpful to you?
I use to be one of the sad Sprint customer for 5 years but after getting tired of the WORST CELLULAR SERVICE in south floridaI jumped to T-Mobile and that was my best desition ever. T-Mobile use to suck but new they have 4G lte almost everywhere, when I entered they only had 4g and I was super happy with the internet speed (around 8 to 10mbit / sec) but now I get around 15 to 22 mbit / sec with 4g lte. I am not saying to go to T-Mobile but as an advise keep away from Sprint if you wanna have internet in your phone, the 3g is ridiculous, not even good for text browsing, not to mention youtube or audio streming and the 4g is unexistent, and when you get it, it drops constantly, and even the 4g is slow with a max of 3 to 6mbit / sec... Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else like at&t, T-Mobile or even metro wich service is great now belive it or not... very good data speeds...Was this review helpful to you?
They told me my early upgrade was going to he $125 but now they are charging me $225 and they don't want to fix this problem. They are thieves. Never get Sprint and the reception is horrible tooWas this review helpful to you?
I had Sprint for 14 years. Then calls started dropping in my house. Thank God for a land line! I went to Verizon because it has good service in New Mexico. Sprint is very limited in the southwest and I planned to be there a lot. So I started Verizon. I had 1 or two bars but all calls dropped. They put out tickets and said I was in a "low signal area." I carried on a perfectly complete call in their store at 6400 US 1. They wanted me to pay $250 for a booster. Why sell someone a phone in an area where there is a low signal. I am paying $25 more a month than Sprint for worse service! And they want another $250? This is really unacceptable! Was this review helpful to you?
