There is no coverage in my home, even in the yard or street. I get totally disconnected when I'm home. I WON'T suggest it to ANYONE. It's HORRIBLE.

Some areas inside building have no reception at all. Other areas have very poor; you have to go near a window to make a call; to keep from dropping a received call (if you're lucky enough to receive it) you have to go near a window also. Started service in 01 / 2012 and it wasn't great, but in March it became worse. Did Verizon give up the lease to one of their cell towers in the Miami area? Contrarily, people with other carrier service report that their service is better.

HORRIBLE - HORRIBLE customer service experience with SPRINT today. Boy did I make a big mistake going with these "people"- No service where I'm at 90% of the time but when told there is an outage in the area for months then too bad when it's over the trial period and $700 to cancel the contract- Not going to tolerate the remainder of the contract. Hands down worst service and company I have ever experienced. Not Cheap either $$$- I'm loosing too much money not to get out.

The signal strength is very poor. I usually get either 1-bar or 0-bars (inside the home). Seriously considering switching to a different carrier!

Once I get within 5 feet of the building I go from 5 bars to 1 bar to no signal at all. Maybe every once in a while if I don't move I will get gsm or "e" reception not Capital E but little e. If I try to text most of the time it won't send.

I have Metro PCS since 2005 and the signal reception inside my home has just become a real problem. My cell is the only phone I use so it is important that it's reliable. Since about June 2011 I am only able to talk near the window in one spot, or I drop the calls on a regular basis. This never happened before. I replaced my phone three times and it didn't help. Outside the house I have no problem with the signal. No idea what is going on but it doesn't seem to be fixable.

Inconsistent and unreliable coverage. All AT&T phones within a mile radius have 1-2 bars at best with frequent drops, failed calls and no reception at all at times. I am a work from professional and this is really frustrating. When I travel to other cities I frequently have better service but South Miami area is very dodgy.
