Full Signal inside house. Displays no signal bars but still displays "Alltel" on phone from Hwy. 87 / Point Baker until you reach the commissary / exhange inside NAS Whiting Field where it shows 1-2 signal bars. 3-4 bars outdoors in downtown Milton, Pensacola Junior College, Stewart Street, Avalon Boulevard, and Hwy. 90 going towards Pace. Coverage is for Alltel U prepaid.

WE purchased a phone and did not get reception at home and cannot get a refund for the minutes. We were very disappointed that we wasted out money. We were lead to believe we would have reception and didn't. Kim Bell

Okay what has happened? Live in American Farms area. After storm the other night our cells phones will no longer dial out nor can we receive calls in our neighborhood, without receiving a call fail notice. Go a mile down the road and everything works fine. Our AT&T writing on front of phone will disappear and then reappear. Will not move phone and can watch it go from 5 bars to no bars. Two separate cell phones with same issue, yet once we get about a mile from our house, all service comes back. Called AT&T and they don't report any problems with cell tower, but have put in a ticket anyway.

Every once in a while will update with an email or text but no phone reception period.

Reception has continually degraded over the past few years, regardless of phone model and updates. I can get reception inside a house, but it is normally short lived. The same goes for reception outside. Anywhere further in to the American Farms area, and the signal is all but lost.

It says we are in the reception area for at least outside calls but try to dial a number and it gives you a ( only emergency call only message). No data reception at all.

Have been all over the NW Fl panhandle and have had good reception. Also have Verizons Mobile Broadband and connect at 2.3Mbps with 2 bars.

Very spotty coverage near this intersection and nonexistent coverage inside some dwellings. This phone model is a little better than another I used over a year ago. Coverage rises to 2 to 3 bars as one drives from this area in any direction.
