Nextel 4 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola I730	I have had Nextel for at least 10 years. I've been in the telephone business for about 4 decades. I own a telephone company in New Hampshire and regularly use the direct connect to talk with my employees and family members there. We have seen a small degredation in service since Sprint took over but we are still satisfied with their service. I feel that the Nextel customer technical and billing support is excellent. I have never failed to talk with somebody that didn't know what they were talking about. In my travels up and down the east coast and throughout Florida, I have seen coverage additions to the service. Several years ago I had no coverage when fishing at Lake Kissemee. Last year I had no problems at all. Overall I would give them a rating around seven or eight

Alltel 1 Out of 5	Had Nextel and swithed to Alltel due to garbled messages and dropped calls. Alltel is much worse, and looking to change again before my 15 days expire.

Nextel 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: i730	I dropped a cal every time I drive down 640 and turn onto 37. NEXTEL sucks! I switched to Verizon and haven't had 1 bit of trouble. I have even driven to Tennessee and never dropped a call.
