I suffered dropped calls for 3 months. Almost EVERY call. Do not use T-Mobile in this area. AT&T has the best reception here. Also, T-Mobile phones can be unlocked and used on AT&T (only).Was this review helpful to you?

When you advertise something and cannot provide what you advertise is called false advertisement my service is poor they offered an airwave it comes on and off. They say they are putting up a tower, nice but if you could not provide the service then you shouldn't sell that service till you could have everything in place such as tower. Customer service is a run around and still end up paying for something that is not working. I have now spent many hours in there store and on the phone and still cannot resolve. I feel I should be credited for this completely as we do real estate and the lost of clients due to this poor service could not even add up. Still they have not made any efforts to work with me or compensate for the lost of bad advertisement. FCC are there kick backs politic ect that you have not worked with us consumer big company that make there moneys from consumers should be more attentive and resolve issues.
