I have no complaints with performance. What I do have is PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THERE IS NONE! I have been with Sprint for 14 years with 4 lines. I went into the store on Tamiami Trail and was sold a Galaxy Tablet and told told it would be FREE if I changed from Friends and Family I could add the tablet line to my other 4 and get 6gig of data to be shared and it would cost me less than the 4 lines. Well the free tablet came with a monthly finance cost in the first bill and I was told that I should see a credit for the tablet cost in a couple of months. Several months went by and I was still getting charged for the tablet. I kept going to the Tamiami store and the manager who sold me it all was gone. I finally called in to customer service and told I should have done that in the beginning. After several hours on the phone complaining I was told they would take care of it, but I had to go to the store to get the credit for the tablet since they screwed up how they did the paperwork. I went back to the store and talked to the new manager who told me that I screwed up by calling customer service. He said it was going to cost me more with what they had done to my account. He said don't do anything he would take care of it. Well now almost a year later I still get the bill for the tablet, the monthly service is now about $60 a month more than I had been paying for the 4 lines on Friends and Family and when I talk to somebody it is never the same person and they now make me feel like I screwed up. I want to switch carriers but Verizon doesn't have the same technology so I would have to get all new phones. I see people complaining about AT&T and T-Mobile so I don't know what to do except to suck it up an just live with it. These big companies are bullies and they know it. They sell sub-par equipment and services and they don't care because if you go elsewhere it will be just as bad and probably cost you more in the end.Was this review helpful to you?
I moved to Naples, from Miami 2 year ago.We Never had a reception problem in Miami, But here in Naples is really frustrating... .I was trying to fix the situation, even offering my property for a tower placement.. any company... because at the final I think that all the companies have the same problem in this area. I moved to naples,fl from miami 1 year ago. While miami AT&T is uncomparable in naples I barely get reception. In my house I either have no reception at all and have to go outside to make calls or I have one tiny bar. It's really frustrating!Was this review helpful to you?

We have brand new cell phones. Never any wireless available this year! What happened to Verizon?? 5 cells and no service? $300 a month and can't make a call in the Estate's or Ave Maria.Was this review helpful to you?
Most calls drop in the middle. Phone often says 2 bars but I have yet to complete a call without at least 1 drop.Was this review helpful to you?
