Dropping calls constantly. My voice is garbled on the other end. Cannot believe that in this day in time, Sprint cannot get their act together. I also have a Sprint air card which is horrible. Need to change carriers but have been unable to find a better replacement.

I have a repeater which gets me more bars, Its not the bars that you get on cell phone,it's about the signal strength you recieve.

Coverage was ok until early September, now coverage horrible, coverage comes and goes, Sprint has been no help, have to cancell

Reception for us in this area has been dreadful for a number of years. We live over on the E coast of FL, but visit family here often, and it is SO frustrating! My other half is using a Sanyo M1 phone. Same results. My in-laws (who live in 34110) switched from Sprint to Verizon because they just couldn't stand the poor reception anymore.

Here at our house we have 2 bars, but lost service on Desoto. We have adequate coverage every where else we go in the Estates and Immokalee. I've had problems with Sprint coverage in other areas but its adequate here.

Completely unreliable. Frequent dropped calls. Times where there is No Service!

will pick up signals but always roaming- any calls will cost extra charge. love the treo, hate sprint.

I get 0-1 bars inside my house, if I step outside I might get b / t 1-2 bars. My calls are dropped all the time. I used to have Nextel; but since they merged with Sprint, they suck! I'm now switching carriers after 6 years of patronage!

Service improved over the last 2 years but still not above avarage

Will not work in my house, while friends sit there and chat away with other carriers. Often times, my phone will just alert that there is voicemail without ever having rung. I'm here looking to change.

Terrible! Ever since I recieved this phone in January. Numerous drop calls. Gargled voices with 1 to 2 bars. I dropped my land line, have to get it back because I cant rely on this phone. I think it is the phone because I had no problems before.

I get quite good reception most everywhere in Naples, with the exception of one spot in my room in my house. I have run into a problem here and there in certain buildings (old concrete block apartment, FGCU housing), but I haven't heard of any carrier that gets services in either of those two places. Quite happy!

Intermittant reception at home and at the local supermarket. Sometimes switches to analog roam even at the exact location it was digital an hour earlier. Could be the handset contributing to the poor service as my wife has Virgin Mobile, operating on the Sprint network, and her handset is regularly better than mine.
