Coverage was ok until early September, now coverage horrible, coverage comes and goes, Sprint has been no help, have to cancell

No reception anywhere in older naples

this area a real problem with both my iphone and blackberry curve but have talked to many others working or living on property that have limited or no service with AT&T phones of all kinds

I feel the overall reception is average, but where I need it most, it is below average, at the above intersection. I'd like to blame it on the building, but reception is poor as well in the parking lot. After reading the reviews, I've got a feeling that its not much better by any carrier.

No reception at all at home. I am working over goodlette Rd where reception is 1 bar

1-2 bars if lucky, like playing the lottery

Extremely spotty reception. Goes from 3 bars to 1 bar to dropped calls all inside our condo. NO reception outside in the open parking area or on Gulf Shore Blvd. Extremely frustrated with AT&T. Love the iPhone and hate the AT&T coverage. Dropped calls very common. Same experience with my wife's 3GS iPhone.

Expect dropped calls all the time with Metro PCS. I had this phone and service in Miami, and it is pretty good reception there. However, when I moved to Naples, I noticed that the reception is terrible inside any building, and most of the time I did not get calls. Once outside a building, I would see messages had been left for me. On a typical phone call while driving around in Naples, after 1 minute any call drops no matter where I was at. Metro PCS gets terrible reception in Naples.

Reception for us in this area has been dreadful for a number of years. We live over on the E coast of FL, but visit family here often, and it is SO frustrating! My other half is using a Sanyo M1 phone. Same results. My in-laws (who live in 34110) switched from Sprint to Verizon because they just couldn't stand the poor reception anymore.

Get no reception at my office starting yesterday morning. Once I get closer to home, reception improves. The Indians I talk to at T-Mobile have no clue

Good service driving around in Golden Gate Estates. Poor indoor service on 50th Ave NE. I have to go to a window to use the phone.

Here at our house we have 2 bars, but lost service on Desoto. We have adequate coverage every where else we go in the Estates and Immokalee. I've had problems with Sprint coverage in other areas but its adequate here.

Incoming reception is hit and miss; there are 1-2 bars. I have to walk to very specific spots, measured almost in inches, inside and outside the house so that the person on the other end of the line can hear me.

Alltel coverage has been poor since this summer. Unfortuanately, I just spent a lot on their equipment, and they will not refunt. Calls go right to v-mail without ringing, and I often get voicemails up to a day after the message was left. There is also occasionally no service in the area. I called Alltel; they said they lack adequate coverage for growth in the area. No comment on plans to address it. So I am shopping for another carrier.
