Dr. Spammy sez: In Berkshire Lakes, the phone only rings about half the time when in my home. When the phone doesn't ring, the calls go directly into voicemail. If I'm talking on the phone and walk into my laundry room, the call is dropped. This only happens in my home. In the rest of the country, I get adequate service.

I get 0-1 bars inside my house, if I step outside I might get b / t 1-2 bars. My calls are dropped all the time. I used to have Nextel; but since they merged with Sprint, they suck! I'm now switching carriers after 6 years of patronage!

Lot's of droped calls, Does not ring sometimes, just shows missed call. Poor reception inside. When I think of all the mins I lose to the above problems. I am going to try Metro PCS. They may not be better, but they can't be much worse, I hope. Plus no mins to worry about, and cheaper.

Almost no indoor reception. Spotty outdoor reception. Had phone changed over to the Cingular system, indoor reception improved slightly.

Reception is sporatic at home. Lots of dropped calls. Often will go to 1 bar. In other areas of Naples, reception is much better.

Even though the bars are few, we still get very good reception and very seldom lose a call.

never delt with a worse company. reception spotty just about everywhere. they took me roaming away after being a costomer for 10 yrs because I used too roaming time which were still in my account.

Constant dropped calls. Generally poor reception any time of day. Phone often does not ring, and we find messages much later in the day. Sometimes works by going outside or finding a specific spot in the house and staying there. So frustrating it is nearly impossible to use. We will be switching carriers, though the problem seems larger than just one carrier.

Reception is good at location, however, inside stores and certain areas of interstate, I get no service. Numerous dropped calls ALL the time with this company, as well as calls that go straight to voice mail! For as many big money people that live in this area, all these cell phone companies need to step up the service in Naples, FL! I have reviewed many coverage maps of all cell companies and all lack reception capabilities in this area. Best has been Alltel and Cingular, although, they do not have phones that are desirable or trendy. Stay away from Sprint / Nextel!

I only get a bar or bar and half inside the house, but reception is very good with no dropped calls. Reception has been very good throughout the Naples area.

reception throughout collier and lee and across the alley are crystal clear. Only problems are when circuits are overloaded. e.g hurricanes but even then if anybody's gettin out it's me!

Tmobile has been good in Cape Coral but when I am at work I have no reception at all. T-Mobile was sharing with Cingular but not now. I have just gotten a new phone with Cingular so I can use at work along with home.

Service is virtually non-existant despite being able to see the tower 1 / 4 mile away.

Outside is spotty, but you can have a conversation. The phone will ring inside regularly, but for get about dialing or talking. I had Nextel until 12 / 05 - it was dead inside and terrible outside.

I have continually called Cingular over the past 3 years and they keep telling me they are working on improving reception out in the Estates. I can sometimes get my cell to ring but am not able to have a conversation on the phone as I get little or no signal.

I live off Radio, just up from Santa Barbara. Cingular gies me 2 - 4 bars in my home, but the reception on the calls is not good in my home, it's a little better outside.
