I just moved to the area 3 weeks agon and my service is horrible..like most of you I live in Holley By The Sea..I have gone into the local ATT store and he has a list of at least 25 names all in HBTS that have bad service. I think we need to get a petition for a tower. I will have to pay 400 to cancel my contratc when AT&T cant provide service... seems unfair.

I have had many dropped calls, poor transmission back echo ( hearing myself repeat what I just said )and calls that would just not complete. (3-4 weeks ) I'm very frustrated at the whole mess. The C S people at ATT could be much better than they are. They just follow a script and will not listen to the issue. One CS person would not even let me explain the situation she just kept speaking over the top of me ~ The cell phone dropped the call so she did not hear what I was trying to say back to her. Probably a good thing !

Used to have 5 bars but now get no more than 2, I deal with nothing but dropped calls. Im jealous of all my friends with Verizon, lucky bastards always have service.

I don't get any reception at all in the school and I will get reception outside. But it's only 1 bar and sometimes I have to be on the campus road before I even get reception! It sucks! It's 2010, there is no reason why I shouldn't get reception everywhere!

AT&T is good here now. 3G also covered for pretty much the whole emerald coast.

This is an old phone, but it works great! The only problem I have is inside my home... seems to get better reception by a window rather than in the middle of the house. I don't have dropped calls and I have no problem while driving into FWB, P'cola, etc. Good coverage, good reception, etc.

I just switched from T-Mobile to Boost Mobile (Nextel network). Outdoors the reception in Navarre is a little better withy Nextel. Indoors the Nextel service works best when I am holding the phone upright, if I lay it down on a surface it looses signal for some reason. Text messaging sucks with Nextel, everyone knows that.

drop calls or breaking up during calls for about 6 mths now. AT&T gave me new sim card no help. used to be ok. phone works perfect in atl ga. and along the road driving..navarre just went down hill with att. changing to Verizon when contract up.

can count on one hand the number of times my calls are not dropped within the past three years from the home, must walk half a block to get two bars then we still have to make several calls to finish talking. plan is expensive as well and we will not continue when contract is up.

Phone is great - simple / small / easy to use but service generally sucks around Navarre area - shows 4 bars but intermittently drops to one = lots of dropped calls. Frequently get emergency service only at home - even going outdoors doesn't help. I travel quite a bit and all across the country reception has been great.

Best Reception out of all companies. T-Moblie- NO SERVICE!

Coverage here had been very poor following Ivan and Dennis (Hurricanes). In just the last 60 days or so, noticable improvement. We used to barely get a two in signal, now we have nearly constant four. Good job Cingular!

Nextel ONLY works in the center of major Highways! Dr.100 feet of the main Hiway and there is NO RECEPTION! Also expect a dropped call on every call! Nextel is the worst service ! If my boss did not require this worthless service I would not waste my time with NEXTEL! Messages are one or two days late,and 90% of ALL calls go straight to voice mail without the phone ringing! I have exchanged 14 phones! ALL with the same poor service! IF ANY CELL PROVIDER COMES UP WITH A UNLIMITED NATIONWIDE SERVICE,NEXTEL AND THERE NEW (SPRINT) DEAL WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS SOON!

Had good reception in Navarre with Cingular for almost four years now and suddendly my calls are being dropped and my so called "raised bars" have dwindled down to one or nothing at all. They tell me it's a defective phone and to exchange it. I doubt that will fix the problem since now my son is visiting and his phone on our family plan is acting up the same way. (No problem at his home in another city.) Anyone else with this problem in Navarre? Any tips about getting out of our contract?

One company can go all the way up 87 without dropping a call. One company can go all the way down 85 and 123 with out dropping a call. one company can go all the way down 30a and hwy 20 with out dropping a call. VERIZON. They are clearly the best in NWFL. Go with no one else, I have coverage everywhere and HAVE NEVER DROPPED A CALL. they even have good coverage on base

The reception is average along the back stretch of Navarre. It does improve the closer you get to Hwy. 98. Perfect reception along that road all the way into Gulf Breeze and Pensacola. Have rare lost calls while at home (I live right off East Bay Blvd).
