no idea why I pay so much for a phone and plan that are so crappy! I can drop a call every minute for 10 minutes. very frustrating! what I dont understand is that the Verizon tower is right next to the AT&T tower and the whole area is a dead zone, while my AT&T service is outstanding!

Little to no reception. Every time I get on the phone, it drops my calls. I get Voicemails without notice. Verizon Wireless was a whole lot better! I don't recommend Sprint to those who live in New Port Richey.

I can't use my blue tooth with my phone in the house, only the handset. Driving south to work in Clearwater is very frustrating with calls being dropped numerous times, more difficult around Oldsmar, Belcher, parts of Gulf-to-Bay. Also dead on Starkey Blvd. in New Port Richey. I have to repeat many words because parts of words are chopped off. This happens with every call but is much worse with my blue tooth.

Absolutely no reception in the Chelsea Shopping Center. MAJOR BLACK HOLE for surrounding area. Towers are near-by but does absolutely no good. If do manage to get or make a call, it will be dropped!

Been with ATT / Cincular / ATT for 14 years with no signal strength issues. Purchased two new iPhones for my wife and myself... signal strength inside my home is nonexistent, where before I had consistently 3-5 bars. It has a lot of neat features, but as a phone, the iPhone sucks, at least in my coverage area. ATT customer service has been NO help. Applecare replaced the phone, no difference. Replaced the SIM, no difference. I use my phone heavily for work, so am now shopping for a repeater, anything to improve reception.

Gack, little to no reception indoors, drops calls all the time. I receive voice mails with no warning. Poor service in this area. Verizon and Alltel work much better in this location.

In my house I have virtually no reception unless I go outside to the lanai. When I am at worki, my phone beeps looking for a signal. Again no reception. I've called Sprint numeous times to no avail. Once my contract expires I won't be renewing it. I have 3 phones on our plan and it would cost me $450.00 to cancel. Sprint doen't really care to help.

Absolutely horrible service. My phone goes in and out of service when you turn it on. Messages both text and verbal come in days late I am assuming because of reception problems. The best thing this cell phone and service is good for is a fishing weight, an expensive fishing weight!

Right in front of the Trinity area I drop all calls. It never fails! My Verizon phone works like a champ all throughout the very same area.

One of three options... no service, roam, or dropped calls. There are zero towers in the area and according too Sprint none are forthcoming because "Trinity doesn't want towers in their area."

I live in the Beacon Hill subdivision between 54 and moog road off US 19. I constantly get dropped calls, periods with no service at all and missed calls that go to voicemail. This is a hinderance as this is my only phone. T-mobiles street level coverage map shows my street is in a "fair" area. I cannot find any other cell phone company with a street level map so that I could compare.

Most of the houses here are made with cinder block - and it's difficult to get good reception indoors. Usually I have to duck outside and talk from the driveway. Driving around the area gets good reception. Having a conversation in Publix (Sunray Dr.) is one bar- and drops calls, while talking in Kash n Karry (Moog Rd.) it's 3 bars and decent in most places.
