I don't know if the person below me will read this, but I've had the same problem. As of about two weeks ago I just completely lost signal in my home and around the immediate area. Have you found anymore information on this or anything? 'Cause this is really an inconvenience.

When we moved here 7 months ago, I had great reception everywhere, including my house. As of a week ago, I've lost all signal in / around my house. Zero bars, no calls, no texting, delayed / no voicemail. When I cross the bridge to Destin, my signal comes back 4 or 5 bars.

Around airport poor to no reception. Same for Beal near fairgrounds. Hwy. 85 to Crestview poor to no reception. Also NO reception on I 10 from Crestview east to Tallahassee.Defuniac Springs area poor as well as around Dothan. I left Sprint for Verizon and I am very happy. Sprint customer support is so poor, I wonder why anyone would EVER do business with them.

Use solely digital network, and it's not good here. No reception at all inside my house. Outside, it's spotty. Get on highway 20 Westbound and no problem - except dropped calls with 4 bars. Get on Hwy. 20 Eastbound and no service. Will definitely not renew contract with Sprint when it expires next month.
