T-Mobile WAS OK; now is the WORST. There is hardly any reception anywhere. I get messages days after being left; missed calls left and right when phone shows full reception, it doesn't even ring. Have tried with 6 different phones (Motorola, Sony Ericsson, Nokia, ATT, Samsung, and LG) but reception still extremely bad. When I call T-Mobile they tell me is my phone; after trying the 6 different ones, they told me they were "fixing antennas in my area". B.S. Unless they have been fixing their antennas for the last 9 months. I'm stuck with contract, and can't wait to be released and switch.

Spotty reception at home, even worse at work (North Bay Village). However, I've always found the customer service to be quite helpful. The phone is dreadful! I'm on my second phone in less than 18 months. The first phone became useless when the screen died, and the second one (my current phone) is now useless as the earpiece in the handset no longer works. I wont resign with T-Mobile, but they are not as bad as Sprint who were appalling!
