It sucks. T- mobile absolutely does not give a f.. About North Port. After more than 1.5 year calling I get the same answer. We are working on it, parts on order may take 6 month. No data in North Port. You are lucky if Text works. Dropped calls. And oh their coverage maps says 4G LTE all over. Well they are lying. Tech support will tell you most towers are still 2G and nobody knows when they may think to get North Port covered. It sucks. Was this review helpful to you?
Can barely call in North Port, Data is nonexistent from North Port to North Venice. Truly a dead zone. As soon as you get to Sarasota or into Port Charlotte. boom! Data returns with full speed. It's a crime the service is so bad in North Port and Venice! Was this review helpful to you?
Since our move to north port Florida 5 years ago, our T-Mobile data connection sucks beyond belief. No reception at home. They gave me a booster which is worthless. Did absolutely nothing. Cannot get connection within a mile of our home! Hot spots? What hotspots? We need our phone for work. NO RECEPTION AT ALL! 40 min from our home. We have Comcast WiFi at home. Without it, we have zip. It appears that local T-Mobile stores know of the problem, but you call customer service, its about YOUR phone, YOUR SETTINGS, YOUR PROBLEM, NO RESOLVE. I would switch ASAP, but can't afford 2 new phones. We have been a T-Mobile customer for 9 years. Time to move on! Do you here me Verizon? Was this review helpful to you?

I have Sprint and it stinks! Drop calls all the time. Can't even send texts a lot of times. Then they raised the price 3 more dollars. I pay $113 a month for my iPhone and it sucks. Can't get out of contract. I absolutely dislike sprint. I should have been told that the service sucks in North Port. Was this review helpful to you?
Chamberlain blvd has bad reception and forget about Hillsboro. Dropped calls almost every time when you cross over Hillsboro blvd no matter which intersection you are going through. Was this review helpful to you?
Had T-Mobile for several years and have always had problems in the house with dropped calls and no service. Outside usually reliable and this is what their coverage map shows for my area. There is a 'DEAD ZONE" that runs right along North Cranberry south of I-75. Got a good deal on a phone from Target but it uses Sprint service and is even worse then T-Mobile. I will return it and get a Verizon phone and plan I suppose to get good service here... ..but will have to pay the price. Was this review helpful to you?
I bought a MicroCell to install in my house because the AT&T tower is so bad. The tower ranges in strength from no bars to 4 bars with no predictable pattern (except - on foggy days the signal is strong). The tower steals calls from the M-Cell then drops them. Horrid performance - why do we all tolerate this expensive crappy servic? Was this review helpful to you?
hardly receive 1 bar inside home and must talk on cell phone outside of house were I get 2 or 3 bars, had the same problem with old Nextel phone I used for 4 years--- Sprint was going to charge an extra $10 / mo as of jan 2013 if I remained on the Nextel phone--- they did send me a new Sprint phone for $0.99 and no activation fee--- reception still remains poorWas this review helpful to you?
I live near Wendy's, back toward Price on Sumter. I get full bars all around my house, in my house, and the whole way to the High School. The signal everywhere I go is unbelievable. On Cranberry, on Toledo Blade, and even in Warm Mineral Springs my signal is perfect. Great service for the extra price. Was this review helpful to you?
