I used to have verizon, just a phone, not a smartphone and I had great signal strength. I wanted an inexpensive smartphone plan so I went with boost mobile that uses the Sprint network. In the house I get almost no service. I have to set the phone on a window sill to get one bar. Can't make calls from inside the house and outside is hit and miss. I get zero 3g service. Service around town, and Venice and Sarasota is hit and miss. Had great reception driving past a cell tower in Osprey.

No reception inside of house at all. It's totally worthless. Outside of house I get very little reception sometimes, but it usually cuts out if I move the wrong way. I can get good reception in Englewood, but as soon as I turn on 41 from River Rd.it cuts out.

Sprint has little to no reception here. Phone does not work in house and barely works outside. However, when I called Sprint to tell them, they said that it was only my opinion and they have never had another complaint for North Port. Very bad customer service!

Most anywhere in North Port reception is poor at best. My wifes Samsung is useless.
