Internet is horrible. My apps are slow. My reception is only good at home. I will be switching my carrier as soon as my contract is up. I will not call T-Mobile anymore to ask them for help to fix my problems cause they told me "there is nothing they can do". Carriers should only be allowed to have you sign one year contracts not two. The phones they advertise for hundreds of dollars are no way worth that much.

T-mobile service is horrible from actual phone service to customer service. Also if you make any changes whatsoever to your plan they extend your contract for additional 2yrs (wanted to remove unlimited text)... .might as well sign with new company and get new phone out of it!

Metro PCS Fantastic price but you get what you pay for. I get Great service everywhere EXCEPT for my house. I am lucky to get 2 bars if its not roaming for no reason at all. When I can talk It says faded signal and drops my call. I have to go out and stand at the edge of the street or sit on my car ust to have a decent conversation. The phone is fine it is the service from metro that is poor very sad because it is what I can afford. Text messages often pile up and all come in at once. same thing with voice mails. I will check my phone and nothing and maybe a few hours later It will start buzzing and say 17* received messages. This has had adverse consequences. Some of the messages will be from several sometimes even 12 hours ago before I get them. Very frustrating I am not sure what Towers Metro uses seems to remain unanswered from them as well

Always have 1 or no bars in my location. Inside my apartment on weekends surprisingly and during nights the reception on my phone goes up to 3 bars? Don't know why, but during the morning from 8am-6pm it's only 1 bar or less. Called AT&T and they said the tower was down, but it's been like this for 4 months. Have a new BB Torch 2 9810, so don't think it's due to my cell phone at all.

I have to stand on a chair in the middle of the kitchen to even get 2 bars. I used to have good reception in the house, but something has changed and I get little to no reception in the house / neighborhood. I am very disappointed in the Sprint coverage and am looking for another carrier.

3G basically doesn't work in my area (for iPhone), so I am basically paying for 3G access while using a non 3G network. For some reason, I think iPhones do not work well with AT&T because my family's reception is fine but each of them have a different phone other than an iPhone. At work, I have no service at all - Econ near east Colonial - but my colleague has the same 3GS phone with Verizon and her reception is great...

Service with AT&T is about average, sometimes one and two bars inside my regular home. I use a micro cell ($150.00) in my home with my U-verse to solve the my desire to have five bars. I will recommend AT&T in this area.

Have experienced horrible signal issues for the past several days. Works everywhere else in town, but sucks at home. Turned off 3G last night and got a decent signal on the Edge network. What's going on? Was always fine before.

No 3G reception anywhere near our home. Very frustrating. Inside the house calls used to get dropped all the time although that seems better with the new phone.

I get three bars inside my house, but horrible static anyway. Also, I have to keep the 3G service turned off my phone most of the time, otherwise I drop 1 out of 4 calls.

I get two bars outside and 1 bar inside my home and often get dropped calls. There appears to be a pretty sizeable weak spot between Dean and Rouse, just north along University. I've tested this with multiple phones.

You would think that a resort hotel with over 2800 rooms would have decent cell service. In the course of several visits, I had almost no service in the room and only one bar in the parking lot (and still frequent dropped calls). I had to drive over to the Wide World of Sports area to get a reliable signal.

I've Had Sprint for 3 years and overall had good coverage its not where as near as good as Verizon. I get 3 out of 4 full bars almost everywhere I go. Even driving on I-4 to Daytona Beach I got almost full signal the whole time. There was never a time when I had a dropped call only on Sprint a few times. While everyone of my friends barely have signal indoors (AT&T, T-mobile) I have generally 2 or 3, never none.

Been with T-Mobile 6 years. they are at their lowest. Undependable at home, cross talk, dropped calls, Stories change with each cust serv rep I speak with (we own the tower in your area / we lease tower in your area / you need a new phone / you need a new sim card. Final straw was charging me $1500 fo being in Germany for 10 days. I go there every spring (past bills are always about $250) I only have text and talk and they would not discuss the $1500's in the 5 calls I made about the bill. Goodbye T mobile. Glad I never renewed a contract years ago!

I always get good reception with AT&T. No cell phone provider is going to have perfect service. It all depends on the phone you are using.
