Internet is horrible. My apps are slow. My reception is only good at home. I will be switching my carrier as soon as my contract is up. I will not call T-Mobile anymore to ask them for help to fix my problems cause they told me "there is nothing they can do". Carriers should only be allowed to have you sign one year contracts not two. The phones they advertise for hundreds of dollars are no way worth that much.

T-mobile service is horrible from actual phone service to customer service. Also if you make any changes whatsoever to your plan they extend your contract for additional 2yrs (wanted to remove unlimited text)... .might as well sign with new company and get new phone out of it!

No 3G reception anywhere near our home. Very frustrating. Inside the house calls used to get dropped all the time although that seems better with the new phone.

Been with T-Mobile 6 years. they are at their lowest. Undependable at home, cross talk, dropped calls, Stories change with each cust serv rep I speak with (we own the tower in your area / we lease tower in your area / you need a new phone / you need a new sim card. Final straw was charging me $1500 fo being in Germany for 10 days. I go there every spring (past bills are always about $250) I only have text and talk and they would not discuss the $1500's in the 5 calls I made about the bill. Goodbye T mobile. Glad I never renewed a contract years ago!

It get 4 to 5 Bars for my Blackberry. Overall, it's really good anywhere in Orlando. I've had all carriers, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and AT and T. And T-Mobile has been the best in reception and price. - PJ

I get 3-4 bars outside, but no bars in the house. If I'm talking, park the car in the garage, and walk inside, the call is dropped. Inside the house, I get "emergency calls only" and no bars. If I put the phone by the front windows, I can get one bar and make a call if the cable isn't working. I understand Verizon is great out here, but I don't use the phone enough (seriously, not even 500 minutes a year), to warrant having a contract that would cost me about $1 a minute for my usage. I generally like T-Mobile, I just wish the service was better here.

Actually at Orlando Int'l Airport. I work way inside the bowels of the mail terminal, but not all the time. When I do work in the baggage room, I get spotty reception. Either it's no bars or 1 or 2 bars. A couple of coworkers have showed me a couple of tricks to improve recption. 1) hold my phone near the back of a PC. 2) hold it over my head or rest it on a shelf above me. Just paranoid I mite leave behind. My only solution is to get a CDMA phone. For now I am using Virgin mobile. Thinking of switching to MetroPCS. To be honest, T-Mobile put up some new towers near by and their reception is MUCH better than when I 1st started working at OIA 6 yrs ago! Since T-Mobile went 3g, will that improve reception? Just wondering Rob

Reception for T-Mobile has been very good in this city. I do live downtown, though. Have not experienced any dropped calls and very clear reception. Only issue is my phone model (great pocket PC, horrible phone), so just switch out sim card to another phone and it's perfect!

i am on T-Mobile and my reception seems to be fine. I ususally have like 4 bars of reception everywhere... except at university and goldenrod. dead zones there like crazy. anyways the only thing I have a problem with is the pass off of my signal to towers coming on the freeway. about november something, I was coming home on the 528 and a semi hit an SUV through the toll booth. I called 911 and I could not get through. dont get me wrong. I have called 911 other times, being over at watereford lakes and in my complex and its gone through. just the service for the bee line and east west expressway isnt the best. if you can get it, phones are the same selection as cingular. T-Mobile is cheaper

I've been so happy with TMO and I concur with the person who said she never lost reception during the hurricanes of 2004, I didn't either although I couldn't call any of my friends on their cellphones (they all had Cingular or Sprint) but I had no problem calling land lines in Central FL or my mom in NC. Even in my office in 32806 zip code I get perfect reception while my coworker 3 feet away from me can't even get 1 signal bar with her Cingular Siemens phone. Also, TMO's rate plan and customer service was the best I could find after doing much research and surveying many friends.

In my neighborhood and inside my house I get 3-4 bars on average. In the surrounding Waterford Lakes area I get 4-5 bars. Coverage is very good with TMO and I even had uninterrupted coverage during the hurricanes while my husband's Nextel was constantly unavailable.

Great reception outdoors! Good reception in most other places. Signal in the house is marginal at best. I have to be next to a window, sometimes with my face pressed on the window [laughs]. Overall, not too shabby besides the signal in my house. I have a landline for indoor calls.
