I live in winter park, work in Sanford and am visiting my parents in dade city. Perfect coverage in all three locations.

I've Had Sprint for 3 years and overall had good coverage its not where as near as good as Verizon. I get 3 out of 4 full bars almost everywhere I go. Even driving on I-4 to Daytona Beach I got almost full signal the whole time. There was never a time when I had a dropped call only on Sprint a few times. While everyone of my friends barely have signal indoors (AT&T, T-mobile) I have generally 2 or 3, never none.

Brand new plan and Droid X. Only get 1 bar at both my house and parents. Can barly hear people most of time. AT&T was always 4-5 bars in same area.

Use in my home which is old and solid structure. Good reception although phone usually shows one bar. Very very occasionally incoming call will go directly to voice mail. Rarely voice mail is delayed by several hours. I attribute all of the above to my house being very solid. When outside, five bars and improved reception, no missed calls. Satisfied with coverage but still want an Iphone.

Verizon works a lot better then my AT&T Bold did. I switch due to soo many problems with AT&T's 3G network.

Perfect reception! no dropped calls or dead zones from Florida to Georgia to California. way better than when I had AT&T and nextel.

Very poor reception. Have Verizon Wireless Broadband Svc and Keep getting dropped.

The pits. Dropped calls. Constant rebooting. Garbled sounds on both sides. Really terrible. When I travel outside the area it's a little better, but i've never seen more than 3 bars on this phone, since late Dec. usually it's 1, maybe 2. or zero, of course.

This entire area gets 2 bars at the most. On average 1 bar.

I live next to Universal Studios, excellent reception, also where I work 32809. Actually, very good reception everywhere in the US I have ever been to.

I have had poor reception for 5 years. If my coverage was not so great everywhere else, I would cancel my service with Verizon

I am originally from GA and I am going to school down here. I had AWESOME service where I lived and now in my apartment here I have 1 - 2 bars on average but sometimes I get 3 bars. I don't understand why moving from a relatively small town to a HUGE city I have worse service here then I did there? I am considering switching to T-Mobile

A tower is needed here in Bay Hill, reliability with all carriers is very marginal at best !

With Verizon, no dropped calls whatsoever any time of the day. We used to have Sprint but we got dropped calls all the time.

I started out with Sprint and could only talk inside the house upstairs by a window. I tried Nextel but still could only talk upstairs. Sprint was an LG mid range phone and Nextel was a MOTO v730 (I think) so wasn't a cheap phone. I switched to Verizon and really don't have a problem inside or out. I've been to West Palm, Michigan and California with o any serious issues with the reception. I travel from the airport area to Lake Mary and very seldom drop a call. Of course, you're going to pay more which is why I'm considering T-Mobile based on feed back from co-workers and clients. Better deal on the phone and data service for email. Plus, Verizon tends to cripple their phones so they can charge for some of the functions that the manufacturers built into them. Cingular has a better selection in phones but what difference does that make if you can't use them. Sprint and Nextel aren't much better... or is it the other way around.

My reception is next to perfect (clear voice) even if the reception bars drop to 3. I have tried others but nothing is as clear as the VX6100 plus Verizon.

I've never had a problem with dropped reception or anything, and my plan is based in Massachusetts! It also works in my home on the other side of Orlando - 32819. People always ask to use my phone when their reception sucks, haha.

0-1 bars all the time, sound cuts out from interference constantly, frequent dropped calls

i loose calls inside my house, but it I get every call and at the wal-mart on 436 near the airport I had to go outside completly to even dial out, but other people with other cell phone providers have similar problems. maybe it is the airport. try Cingular in this area.

Verizon worked all over Disney. a couple of weak / no signal spots deep inside a building, but otherwise great.

Excellent reception all over east Orlando and metropolitan Orlando area.

I get reception (although not a perfect 5) everywhere in Orlando even on 520 east headed for Melbourne. The story is the same on the 417 near Narcossee - not full bars but uninterupted reception. Verizon's Local plan and My LG VX6100 even had reception in Mobile county Alabama: the rural town didn't even have a Post Office. Verizon is the best service I've ever tried and the VX6100 from LG performs almost flawlessly for me.
