T-MOBIL - TERIBLE RECEPTION AT ALL TIMES. HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE TO MAKE A CALL AND IT USUALLY GETS DROPPED. WHEN I BOUGHT THIS PHONE ORIGINALLY WAS SHOWN ON MAP TO HAVE EXCELLENT COVERAGE. WAS TOLD THAT I COULD PROGRAM MY PHONE TO USE THE CINGULAR TOWERS IF T-MOBILE RECEPTION WAS NOT GOOD. NEVER WAS ABLE TO DO THAT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. BEEN FIGHTING FOR 22 MONTHS. ADVERSELY AFFECTS MY BUSINESS CAUSE VOICE MAIL CAN SHOW UP TO A DAY LATE. RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE FROM T-MOBILE ASKING IF I WOULD TAKE PART IN A SURVERY. I SAID SURE. ASKED HOW THEY WERE DOING AND IF I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO A FRIEND. GAVE THEM AN EARFUL AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. NICE HUH?

Can not use in the house, maybe one bar outside and calls drop. We hen driving home it's like there is a barrier 3 blocks from home that turns off the signal. Sprint has been way less than helpful

Terrible reception, lies about the rebate program ( I never got my rebates), a service call was made service request # 2264071, I was told I was to be text messaged by a a tech with in 48 hours on 9 / 26 / 07. I never was. T - mobile phone rep said I am on the border of reception. Poor service and poor reception even when I switched to the upgraded Nokia. Avoid the headaches look for an other carrier and different phone manufacturer. Lest, you have to pay the $250 cancelation fee. Imagine that being forced to give a big tip to a waiter that gave you poor service.

I have Cingular and almost never have ANY problems in this area. I live within a half mile of this intersection and my phone has always worked great. The ONLY exception is when I'm inside the Publix or Winn-Dixie supermarkets. The bars drop down to 1 or 0. Otherwise, beautiful reception.

Very poor reception. I can see a cell tower from my house but do not know which carrier is using it. Looking for a listing of cell towers used by Cingular. Anyone know how to find that?

Since the Sprint merge, all calls are garbly, calls drop every time. DC is a joke. Quality from 6 months ago dropped 4 bars. Sprint had this problem, now it's with Nextel. Also, the i860 camera really sucks.

Fabulous reception- and not a single dropped call. Changed from Verizon to TMobile and have found it to be much better all around.

I can make calls inside if I crouch in the corner while wearing a tin foil suit. Which only happens once in a while. Outside I get one bar and many dropped calls.

It work very good inside my work and out. Never had it cut off there yet.

Impossible to make a call from inside my house. Cnstantly miss import business calls. When I subscribed I had to leave town without an in house test. When I got home (16 days later) Cingular said I was too late to cancel and would have to pay 250.00 per phone. I had 2 phones. As soon as this contract ends, I'm switching to anyelse but Cingular. They said there service is good and just because I can't call from my area doesn't mean they aren't providing service. They suggested I drive or walk to an area where I can make a call. Awful costumer service...
