If I were a gambler, I would short their stock! I've been an ATT customer for many years, with 4 iphones on my plan ($3,600 + phones + mysterious charges), and they could care less. I wasted many hours with tech support as they checked towers, reset my phones, updated itunes (the sole purpose being to insure I couldn't unlock my phones), etc. When they reset the phones they disabled push, which turned off Mobileme. When my phone was stolen shortly after I was unable to use Mobileme to locate it. ATT's response was basically, "Oops!" until I decided to pay the early term. fees and cancel service. Too late. I'm unlocking (legally) the phones they didn't update and going with T-Mobile.
