I don't have internet yet but calls are ok most of the time. Texting has been pretty good so far. My bf has Sprint and his phone never works.

Had good service at my house for the past six years, until recently. Now, 0 or 1 bars fluctuate rapidly. Drops calls when I can make a call. Mostly unable to make or receive a call.

Living on campus, get really crappy reception in buildings, sometimes it's ok by windows. Get 1-3 bars outside. Currently sitting at no signal in my room, unfortunately.

They just turned on a tower, about time T-Mobile, now I get great reception at my house, from 1 bar to 5; Woo Hoo, just made me happy!

The Beach Haven area of Pensacola is a dead zone. I've tested phones of several different carriers with the same results. Get no bars outside most of the time. Occasionally get one bar by moving around, but calls are dropped. Lots of trees in this area. Have land for tower if carrier interested in lease.

I started 12 years ago with Digiph PCS, which then became Cingular, and now AT&T. More often than not, I get a good signal all over Pensacola. What I have noticed though, is it depends on what cellphone model I am using when a problem does come up. Motorola V3 is a terrible phone here. Poor reception, missed calls, and text msg's late or disappearing were common. The only place I have a problem is at the Navy Blvd. and New Warrington area.

I get reception outside, but the second I step into a building I can't pick up anything. not even standing by windows! i'm havin to switch to Alltel due to this problem cuz they actually have service. I just hope they don't lose it after the merger...

Only place I have run into signal issues in pcola so far... is at Miller's Ale House. Maybe it's because its down in the ravine,but even Sprint and tmob will pick up there usually. Outside you'll get 1-2 bars but inside, good luck
