Was previously using AT and T / Cingular and had NO reception on SR 40 and little at my home. T-Mobile: yes on SR 40, but not at my house or inside my house. Trying Verizon and dropped calls inside my home like crazy. A coworker has Verizon and was able to use his phone in the MOUNTAINS out west, but I am in Barberville and get nothing! Great network!

I've always had good reception with this phone, even in the house. It's two years old now and I've never had a problem with Cingular or AT&T!

Well about eight miles west of Pierson is where Cingular's GSM service starts to get spotty. After that you get into an stetch of highway 40 (it is about ten mile) where there is a huge dead zone. Cingular GSM will not work there.
