Reception has improved over the years. Still can not be under our oak trees and get any reception, which includes inside my house if I am near the trees. Other than the that the reception is satisfactory. Beware though, their customer service leaves a LOT to be desired! Not so much their attitude but they keep making mistakes on billing, so it takes a LOT of patience to deal with Sprint customer service. They will blame anything and anyone but themselves for errors and then promise the mistake will never happen again... and it usually does. Plus it seem anytime I talk to them about a problem with their billing there is another year added to your contract which you know nothing about until you want to change service and then they let you know you can't for another year!
