i cancel my service due poor service

nw 118th Ave and nw 33er st Cancel My AT&T iPhone service due data service and some many drop calls.

For the past 2 days I have been having problems with my phone i.e. phone not ringing and going straight to voice mail, texting not going through. I went to the AT and T store and they said that a tower was out. How long does it take to get something like that fixed? It's very frustrating not be able to use my cell phone.

Reception is poor. Can barely use the phone in my home. My daughter, who also lives in Heron Bay (south and west of my home), has worse reception with Sprint.

The service is getting worse. Last year, I was able to make and receive calls inside the house. This year I have stick my head out of the window to make a call

When I lived in Florida my reception at home was excellent. Most places that I traveled to in the Broward county area had few if any dead spots. The only place I had reception problems was inside the Riverside Hotel on Las Olas Blvd.in Ft Lauderdale. Once I went outside the reception was good again.

I can't send text messages when I'm in Florida! I can send MMS, can browse the web on the phone, can receive SMS but can't send. Phone tech had me reset phone, remove SIM card, tried all sorts of things. Store tech did the same, then blamed the phone and said I needed a new one. However, I was going to California the next day and when I landed in O'Hare Airport in Chicago -- with this phone -- all the waiting text messages went through. I had no problem sending from there or from San Francisco. I'm back in Florida and again can't send text messages. A few months ago in Florida, same location, text messages worked fine. Now they don't.

I have multiple phones. After about ten minutes with 4 or 5 bars the call is dropped. Then it gets dropped every two to three minutes thereafter. I have made numerous calls to no avail.

Cingular provides good service wherever I go, except inside my own home. That is until last month. Now I don't have to go outside to make a call, I have 5 bars in all corners of the house. Thanks Cingular.

I am at my witts end with Cingular I have three smart phones in the last 8 months, 2 Palm treo 650's and a Hp 6515 with camera. All have the worst reception anywhere I go in So. Fla. Some times it takes two to three times of dialing before I get a call connected! When I finally get connected the calls only last for 2 to 5 minutes before I get disconnected! When I am connected the call reception is horrible! The party at the other end can't hear me. I get long periods of dead air space when in a call. Then after 5 minutes the call gets dropped in most cases! My friends and family will not talk to me when I call them from cell phone. Why do I pay for this lousey Cingular product. Thinking of switching to Verizone

My connections were fine until about 4 months ago when the bars went down to 1-2 and many calls are dropped.

Never had a problem indoor or outdoor..Also worked better then the other cell phone carriers after the hurricane. Most police departments dropped Nextel because of it.

Getting bad for the last 6 months. Dropp calls are more and more common. Thinking to go to VZW. 3 lines, 3 different phones, all same problems.

Full signal indoor and out doors in this intersection. I think it is related to a disguised pine tree that sits in the park next to players club. Must be a Cingular cell phone tower, Nextel must co locate on that tower as well. Both carriers have great service in this area.

For me Cirgular works in every place very good, but in this location SUCKS!

Acceptable at the south end of nw 88th way only when battery is fully charged and the call is made outside. If it rains, or call is made in car, or in the house, calls mostly break up so badly the phones are too frustrating to use. Both phones do precisely the same thing.
