The bars are always dropping 2 to sometimes1. I get texts that can't be delivered or received. Spinning circle when using google. Disappointed.

I live in Coconut Creek off of Lyons and Hillsboro and work in the Heron Bay area off of Coral Ridge and Holmberg. I have been with Verizon since 2006 and never had an issue with reception in these areas. The only time I have had an issue with reception is when I am in certain stores like Wal-Mart off of Hillsboro and 441 and the Sawgrass Mills Mall in Tamarac. I think there is bad reception there because there is alot of metal in the roof. Other than that, I have had perfect reception even out in the mountains and woods in the middle of nowhere!

Once north of Sawgrass no reception. Called VZW and I live in "known trouble area". Was able to get out of my contract.

I have the 700w and my wife has the Motorola Razr. Neither of us have ANY cell phone reception in Heron Cove and neither will have a signal until Nob Hill Rd.as it changes name into Coral Ridge Dr.heading to Sawgrass (869). I have reported this to Verizon twice with a technician who drives around in their little truck and they still claim that we should have service. My neighbors have Nextel and they have zero signal also.

I bought the Verizon Razr in February. I have dropped exactly 1 call. The reception is great everywhere. The service is better than ever. I used to have the LG vx4500 the sevice was good but since I changed phones the service is even better. Verizon rules

I travel all over South Florida and have great reception in almost any weather condition, any location, any situation. I travel across alligator alley, WPB to south Miami, South Beach, convention centers, upstate NY, Utah mountains, NJ shore- it works everywhere. Only possible problem I've ever had is in new homes with metal roof where bars go down to 2 or 3. Been a few years since I used Cingular, but they had lots of pockets with no reception, especially near MIA airport.

Almost no signal in the house. Phone keeps switching from Analog to Digital dropping calls. Also loose calls on Sample Rd between Turnpike and Lyons. Thinking of switching to T-Mobile or Cingular.

Great reception in Coral Springs. I work in Lauderdale lakes and do have reception problems inside my office building which houses an ultrasound school whihc may account for some problems. Reception in my house is perfect. Overall I am satisfied but there are problems inside some buildings. I get reception inside publix which I couldn't get with Nextel. I would recommend Verizion.

Have really poor service between Commercial and McNab, from Rock Island to Nab Hill. Have a friend that has the LG 6000 complains about the same problems.

Occationally drops long calls, after about 20 minutes.
