Many calls not received. dropped calls almost every call. don't know where to go?

I have called so many times at 20 to 30 times and I got lies bs,I have ihternet and phone they just dont care.

Metro PCS service is reasonable and good when it works, but what good is that if there is no reception on various days. It always seems to happen when I really need to make a call. Can't there be a federal regulation on providers to have towers that work to a specification? When I got Metro 3 years ago I had no problems, now it is an every day occurance. Even on a good day I must stand on the front porch to make a call.

I have a cell phone and Internet Thu Sprint and I have called at leased 10 times, They just feeding me BS just to shut me up and I have to keep paying 150.00 a mouth..

No reception inside house, purchased cell extender, still have to go to NE corner outside by pool to receive reception. The public should DEMAND BETTER SERVICE - FROM ALL CARRIERS, OR maybe discontinue all cell services, but how many will do WITHOUT CELL PHONES AND INTERNET?? ONCE UPON A TIME, PEOPLE HAD NO CELL PHONES OR INTERNET OR GADGETS, AND EVERYONE STILL WAS ABLE TO DO BUSINESS AND EXIST. Cellphone carriers, and cable providers are BLOODSUCKERS.

At&T, Sprint, Cingular and now T-Mobile all have very poor reception in my home. Go 4-5 blocks East and the reception improves. At&T has the main tower in this area and they said back in 2002 that improvements would be made. So far non have been made for any of the phone companies. For the price I pay they should be able to do something.

Helio is (OR was) by far the best carrier I have had in the ten years living in Port Charlotte and communting to Sarasota Since Virgin mobile bought them they have went downhill and their Customer service sucks I dont know why they say its the same as Helio was but my friend in West Palm beach noticed same issues when Helio went to Virgin mobile Had AT&T previously and worked very well in area especially on the boat in the Harbor Had Sprint and it was SO bad after 30 days I stuck my phone in a drawer dropped to the smallest motnhly pla they would allow and continued to pay for another 11 months without using another minute of the service Could not wait to dump the carrier many people I know with Sprint are quite dissapointed

I have great reception in Port Charlotte, north port is a different story...

I mainly get 5 / 6 bars. So I'm quite happy with this phone. I moved from another state where the reception was awesome, but Reception in this new area is still good. I rarely get dropped calls.

Have had T-Mobile for one year, poor signal in house, frequent dropped calls, a little better outside. Areas of dropped calls in N Port along US41, East Englewood, along Peachland Blvd.(areas travelled most). I wouldn't say bad service in general but definate areas of little / no signal. My husband has same phone and complains of dropped calls on I75 betweeen Pt. Charlotte and Ft. Myers (where he works). May be phone, I don't know. I have no reason to complain about CS at this point with issues I have called about.

I have only had 1 problem with reception in the Tri City area of Port Charlotte and that is right after crossing the El jobean bridge into Englewood. sometimes the signal just fades (doesn't usually drop) for maybe 20 seconds and comes right back.

Reception has nothing to do with bars. Its just a slight gimmick. I can talk fine with no bars at all. Been using Sprint for 5 years and loved their service. I always go the extra mile and spend more for a better phone. You get what you pay for. However the North Port area -- leaves much to be desired.

i get perfect signal inside the house and outside. text and internet work all the time. by far the best carrier!

From My back yard I can See the Cingular Tower on Loveland Blvd. Looking direct at the tower line of sight about a mile away, I drop calls and have trouble with reception breaking up. I am looking to switch company.

Reception is better than one year ago. Since Sprint Is The Land Line Carrier They seem To Be Trying To Improve Their Cell Phone Service. DEFINATELY Depends On The Cell Phone Model. Samsungs Are Really Bad.

I always get good reception inside my home, in other cities, towns, etc. near here, and basically all of Port Charlotte.

We are constantly being disconnected. When I talk to my husband on the person to person calling we get cutoff all the time. We don't know who to sign up with in this area when our contract with Cingular ends this month.

Horrible reception in most areas, dropped calls are an every day occurance. Terrible all around. If I do happpen to find an area with good reception, it is still not uncommon to drop a call. I'm so fed up with these people.

reception sucks, dropped calls regularly. This is apparently a dead zone but Alltel wont do anything about it.

Hardly any bars very poor reception here. Not happy.
