good signal, but function is terrible. usually sounds like underwater (i.e. droppped packets). tower is obviously overloaded. borders on unusable. Not the phone, all my neighbors have the same problem.

You should be able to get good reception at HRYC. At least in the old building -- not sure about the new one.

In the Tomoka State Park you will pull around 4 / 7 bars on Cingular GSM network. If you are at BASE CAMP. If you go conoeing, or hiking into the woods you will most likley only get 2 / 7 or even loose serivce in some of the more rural areas of the park.

Throughout the Lighthouse Point Park Cingualr has good reception - GSM.
