	No trouble getting bars, but it can take 15 or more attempts to make a call, even to voice messages. People in town also cannot call me.. it goes directly to voice mail (which I can't connect to, so.... ). This failure stretches from Burnt Store Isles thru Port Charlotte. It's like carrying a paperweight around. I just stand there getting "dropped call"... redial... dropped call... redial.. dropped call... redial... over and over and over until I connect or give up. How can you put this on a map as a covered area. The maps are fantasy.

	Excellent reception throughout Punta Gorda area. Much better than T-Mobile or Verizon.

	Most incoming calls go straight to voice mail and phone never rings. What few calls I do receive are dropped and / or broken up. In the past 7 days I have had 14 calls and every one dropped. Seems to work better in Pt. Charlotte, but still not very reliable. Cingulair has changed the battery and sim card, sent all the latest updates and told me to turn the phone off 5 min. / day. Every time I call they keep saying "you should have good coverage."
