	Excellent reception throughout Punta Gorda area. Much better than T-Mobile or Verizon.

	No trouble getting bars, but it can take 15 or more attempts to make a call, even to voice messages. People in town also cannot call me.. it goes directly to voice mail (which I can't connect to, so.... ). This failure stretches from Burnt Store Isles thru Port Charlotte. It's like carrying a paperweight around. I just stand there getting "dropped call"... redial... dropped call... redial.. dropped call... redial... over and over and over until I connect or give up. How can you put this on a map as a covered area. The maps are fantasy.

	No issues with Verizon Wireless in the the Punta Gorda-Port Charlotte area. Customer Service has always been most helpful.

	zero to one bar in house. Claim they have tower at Bal Harbor and Aqu Esta (so also claims ATT). Drove to that area and can get two to three bars. I have lived in areas (California, Colorado, Oregon) where Verizon worked well. Not so here in Punta Gorda. "I have had enough"

	Worst service ever-0 to 2 bars and any given time, except on I-75 Hwy.-constantly dropping calls, long waits on internet-have 3o miles between home and work and the same happens here in town-tried 3 different phones on all 3 of my phone #'s-wasting alot of money for phones and data services -crappy customer service. Had Alltel for 5 yrs-never a problem. Verizon will never get it right. And will screw you over on the buy out. And it is their fault I had to get into new phones to try. Think it is a big scam. And their coverage map is not at all accurate.

	many dropped calls, no reception inside house, very poor reception outside on property. usually get great reception in other parts of town(Punta Gorda).

	Most incoming calls go straight to voice mail and phone never rings. What few calls I do receive are dropped and / or broken up. In the past 7 days I have had 14 calls and every one dropped. Seems to work better in Pt. Charlotte, but still not very reliable. Cingulair has changed the battery and sim card, sent all the latest updates and told me to turn the phone off 5 min. / day. Every time I call they keep saying "you should have good coverage."
