Have had no problems for the 3.5 years living here, and have been Verizon Wireless customer for over 14 years. Starting last week, 8 / 22 voice service deminished greatly. Many failed calls, dropped calls, problems hearing. Verizon states no network problems, thats BS as we have 3 separate iphones affected.Was this review helpful to you?
Moved into Murabella 01 / 2015. Use Verizon. Had no real problems until 08 / 20 / 2015. Started losing calls and text on that date. Verizon store replaced the SIM card. No improvement. Verizon tech support says no tower problems. Was informed that we live in a "variable coverage area". Their proposed solutions: get a signal booster for $250 or find a better carrier. Only to st augustine store..iphone... they lost a great client. First time went in, thought the guy was smart and nice... good deal, but next time in..omg... real ass. Third time... Need I say more! Every time you go in the angles change. Sounds like, and is, a scam. Must make money on every sale. Such diks. All just about the money... no cares for customers. You just lost your best customer... word of mouth can be the best or WORST advertising... today, you got a bad word, and believe me... I have a big mouth. None of my pals will go to sprint! Bad service, lack of creative minds... and just plain dumb... go to a place other than sprint... or you WILL get screwed!... heck, mac store might be your best bet!... New to ST Augustine and Iphone 5s wireless voice not accessible in new property. Phone operation is operable outside home and can only receive calls from another 4G LTE broadband router using landline phone. Verizon suggests network extender so we will explore other opportunities.Was this review helpful to you?
I have no internet service inside the house at my home and usually 1 bar at the most on my Samsung galaxy s 3 with Verizon service. it is horrible and other locations throughout Jacksonville Florida as well. I have been with Verizon for years and now will probably change. Customer service at the Verizon store and st. Augustine is horrible. They know the cell towers suck and all they do is say I don't know why no one else complains. They think changing the SIM card solves the problem.Was this review helpful to you?
Reception in this area use to be great. Awsome coverage no matter where you went. At the beginning of 2014 the reception became worse and worse. Now your lucky if you get any reception in this area. ATT phone rep tried to blame it on the atlantic ocean but once I explained to her that I knew what I was talking about and proved it, she tried to blame the other carriers and when that didn't work suddenly it was my phone. I have to drive a mile from my location then suddenly full reception. ATT doesn't give a hoot about the reception in our area because they have the million dollar homes to worry about. I wont even go into how much business I have lost because people can call me without it dropping right to voice mail.Was this review helpful to you?
Verizon sucks we live in Sevilla right across world golf village my husband has to go outside to use the phone misses texts too I have AT&T and my reception is perfect calked Verizon to see what they can do said they have a booster but u have to pay $250!Was this review helpful to you?

I used to live in the other neighborhood called the Residence, its like 10mins away from where u live now. I got no problem woth the signal while living there. But in King&Bear. I got ZERO bar in my house. There is no need to turn my phone on when I'm at home. Cuz I can't do nothing on it unless connect to Wifi. And even the wifi won't work when it rains here... .
