Reception is horrible. Drop calls all the time inside my home. Don't have any coverage at times driving through the areas on 16 and 13

SR 16 coverage is below average usually 1 bar sometimes 2 if lucky

Terrible and doesn't not work down town either. Moved here from Washington DC and service was good up there what's going on with it down here?

Since Irma very poor reception, no bars or a drifting 1 bar... Verizon states no tower problem, both Samsung Galaxy do the same thing..before storm a solid 3 bars with no problems.

Frequent dropped calls... texts won't go out even with free extender supplied. Used to live in Murabella and had AT&T before. Have had friends staying at Laterra up the street who said it was worse there and Verizon worked best there. Frustrating. The Verizon people at the store said they heard a new tower was being put up... .I have to wonder if the problem is the towers don't keep up with the population growth.

Good reception, reliable. I have had no problems since october 2015. Except the Murabella ATT shop is a joke. They did not listen, they wanted to charge me for a lot more than I want.

I live in King and Bear and Verizon signal only provides 1 signal bar. Cellular map shows extensive coverage in the World Golf area. ATT seems to win in this area

Never had a problem with Verizon through all of Jackaonville area, but now after moving to Murabella and having all the homes built up in our neighbor hood our reception is horrible and have called Verizon 3 times to resolve the issue but nothing works and they insist on charging us for an extender... not sure what service will be better in the area, very disappointed with Verizon.

Have had no problems for the 3.5 years living here, and have been Verizon Wireless customer for over 14 years. Starting last week, 8 / 22 voice service deminished greatly. Many failed calls, dropped calls, problems hearing. Verizon states no network problems, thats BS as we have 3 separate iphones affected.

Moved into Murabella 01 / 2015. Use Verizon. Had no real problems until 08 / 20 / 2015. Started losing calls and text on that date. Verizon store replaced the SIM card. No improvement. Verizon tech support says no tower problems. Was informed that we live in a "variable coverage area". Their proposed solutions: get a signal booster for $250 or find a better carrier. Thought the last suggestion was interesting!
