We have had Veriaon for over 8 years and never had a reception problem. Bought 2 new Motorola Droids and it was TERRIBLE. You can't get reception inside our house at all. They gave us new phones and it was the same storey. Now, Verizon is telling us that we live in a "problem area" in St. Cloud, Florida. When did that problem start? We never had that problem in the past 10 years. Is it the Motorola Phone or has Verizon got too much to swallow? We are VERY dissapointed, to say the least and will be looking for another carrier.

T-Mobile has terrible or no coverage in the St. Cloud area

T-Mobile is the worst company I have ever had in both reception and customer service. My wife is a nurse and we both got a family plan with the 2 razr phones from T-Mobile and we recently moved here in this location and we both get 0 to maybe 1 bar of signal if we are lucky. I called customer service and they tried to get us a better signal but no luck. They told us to give the phones to someone who would want to take over our account so we dont have to pay the cancellation fees. They then told us that they were sending someone out here to check the towers and will get back to us and they never did. Its been 1 month now and never heard from them. They are very rude and nasty on the phone when you try to tell them your problem. My wife needs a reliable phone because she is on call at the hospital and she can not even receive calls from them because the signal is very poor to none. I will contact the CEO of the company to complain because we are paying a monthly fee for nothing and getting no service. Whats the point in giving them a monthly fee when we can not even make calls !

There is no service at all 1 mile east on Nova St. to near FL528. This includes several subdivisions off of Nova Rd.

poor signal strength especially in Pine Lake Estates area

At the house coverage is very weak. I find it necessary to drive north 1 / 2 mile to old Walmart Parking lot to eliminate the possibility of dropping the call.

I get good reception all over St. Cloud

No reception on Narcoossee Rd and Countryside Ct North to almost the County Line (Orange / Osceola).

horrible, the phone drops calls, and only gets 0-1 bars when it is getting service. Same thing in Barnett Park on W. Colonial. Wow, work and home, the two places I need it most.

Outside my house I get about 1 to 2 bars and inside my house I get 0-1 bar. The reception fluctuates trhoughout the house but is still bad.
