Terrible reception, topped by the high price of the plan and then to charge an additional $10.00 for data fee. After my contract expires so does sprint. I'll go to one of the $40.00 plans with everything included. If more people did that Sprint would adjust its marketing to be more consumer friendly.

Reception is terrible or non existent inside my building but even outside I frequently do not receive calls at all and only learn of a misses call after receiving the voice mail notification. Sometimes hours later. I've had text messages sit in queue only to be bombarded with 12+ messages at once from the previous day when they finally come through. Not impressed with the coverage.

I am regularly roaming in my area on Sprint. Often times, people call me and don't get VM but instead get a recording as if the phone has been disconnected. Was MUCH better with Verizon. Considering checking into TMobile.

If you live in the area of 4th st, all the way to the St. Pete / Clearwater Airport forget about Sprint. The are useless in this part of town. Its got so bad that I can now tell where I will drop the call, its that predictable

New company phone. Had Alltel with bad phone but fair to good reception. New phone is with Sprint and poor to no reception, sometimes roam, sometimes nothing. Have had phone ring but can't connect (dropped calls). Cannot connect to voicemail to get lost messages. Can't get signal in my cube and little outside of building. Should have stayed with Alltel. Never go with Sprint again.

In 11 months I have only lost 3 calls anywhere. My coverage and audible quality have been excellent all over St. Petersburg, including downtown, going across the Skyway, down in Palmetto, up in Tampa...
