I haven't had a single problem with Verizon in my area or anywhere I go in and around Sarasota. I work in Venice on Jacaranda and Center and never have problems there either. Was this review helpful to you?
No reception till I bought a Cell Antenna and amplifier. Bought one for $399..didn't work the $899 and got 1 bar. Then a $200 one I didn't have to put on roof or anything..just plugged it in and got 5 bars..had a year so far. 5 bars in a metal mobil home? Unheard of. They can hear me now Small local company... there are 10 in park now. Don't have much info but telephone # is on back..941 202 9100..came with year warranty..I know why..I set it 13 months ago and have never touched it since. The shipped on to my sister on her farm in Nebraska that she had to drive 5 miles away from for signal... she gets 4 bars on hers and crystal clear. Was this review helpful to you?
Sometimes 1 bar on phone at the most. Have to go outside so that it doesn´t drop calls. Cell boosters are super expensive. Not an option. Was this review helpful to you?
Tried to fix via ATT, no reception since June, 2015. T - Mobile has closer tower, am switching. Was this review helpful to you?
Giving art a rating of 1.5 is overly generous. Phone cuts out, force reboot at least a dozen times a day. A.0005 would be more accurate. Carrier pigeon is a serious optionWas this review helpful to you?
Just moved here from VA. Always had Verizon. But cannot get any service in condo. Go outside service horrible with dropped calls and no understanding me. I thought it was m5 phone until I read these reviews. I have an IPhone 5. Don't know what to do. My husband has an old flip phone that works better but not good. Was this review helpful to you?
It seems that everyone has problems indoors. Has it occurred to any of you that the carriers are not to blame? I'm a Canadian who bought in Sarasota six years ago and soon learned that my entire neighborhood could be seen going outside to make and receive cell calls. The reason? Houses in Florida are built with steel frames or concrete blocks. Up north, we build with wood and brick. Steel and concrete interfere with the signal. If you carrier suggests a signal booster, they are trying to help you -- not gouge you. Of course, you're welcome to buy a house made of wood, but it will probably blow away with the next big hurricane. Was this review helpful to you?
Poor reception in the house, but very good reception around town. Was this review helpful to you?

Iphone 5c worked fine for the first few months and then would not work at all inside my home. I have to go outside anytime I get a call so it won't be dropped. Verizon said they would be happy to sell me a booster for $250. FAT CHANCE.Was this review helpful to you?
