Do you want to be totally frustrated by dropped calls and / or poor quality reception? Then AT&T is the carrier to use. Like the poster who posted on Apr. 21, 2007 about AT&T service at Kale / Coach Rd. in Satellite Beach, the customer service is nonexistent. Calling and / or writing to AT&T is a study in frustration. Bottom line: customer service offers an upgrade if you will extend service plan. They always say "I'm sorry for the dropped calls" but they have NO solution. I have tried 3 new phones through insurance warranty but no improvement in service. Call quality at store at Eau Gallie Blvd. near I-95 is even worse. Solution???? Nothing from AT&T

On Coach Rd (which is north of DeSoto), Cingular reception is HORRIBLE. New tower added on Patrick AFB approx late2005 / early2006 did not improve reception in Sat Bch at all... too far away. I've called and written many times, including a VP. They "have no plans for any changes in the area." Don't buy Cingular / ATT if you live in this area.

Cingular and / or LG 4015 are horrible. Can't make a cell phone call in the house or even in the yard most of the time. Driving in the area, always get drop-outs and dropped calls. Service at both the Patrick Air Force Base Store and the Melbourne store on Wickham by the WalMart Center is shameful; understaffed, undertrained, very impersonal Cingular is also in the business of bullying around AT&T Wireless customers who were unfortunate enough to sign on with AT&T right before Cingular took over. Now you have to buy a new phone to buy a Cingular plan if you are a former AT&T customer. When Cingular sells you a plan they try to pick your pocket bare with all kinds of bundled capability the average user doesn't need.
